Resting on the edge of Northumberland’s stunning coast, in the charming village of Alnmouth, is the beautiful Garden House. This unique property is reverse level, upstairs on the first floor you will discover the living space, the social hub of the home, a contemporary, family bathroom where you can take a leisurely soak or opt for an invigorating shower, the kitchen/diner which is a large social room, perfect for hosting hearty dinners and get togethers, with French doors leading you straight out to the rear garden, a sun trap and little nestled den making al-fresco dining a must during the summer months! As the evening draws to a close, retire to the master bedroom on the ground floor where you can freshen up with in the en-suite shower room. Choose between a further king room on the lower ground floor or a ¾ double on the second floor. All rooms with good storage, homely and comfortable ensuring a great night’s sleep. You will also find a convenient utility room on the lower ground floor.

To the front of the property, you can enjoy a decked terrace area and to the rear of the property, you have the patio area with garden furniture. Steps lead you up to the upper level of the garden where there is a small, grassed area and parking. Garden House also has a separate annex attached for larger parties which can be discussed with the owner - please note that the annexe may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

The village lies on a narrow spit of land between the River Aln and the North Sea. There’s a lot to enjoy in Alnwick, why not start at the famous Barter Books, then make your way to the enchanting Alnwick Castle to start your own Harry Potter adventure. Further North brings you to Seahouses, Northumberland’s most popular fishing village.
