Cette magnifique maison de vacances se trouve juste en face du magasin / bureau principal et à quelques pas de la rivière Taylor. Avec 4 chambres, 2 salles de bains et un boudoir (avec un loft), il offre de nombreuses options de couchage et beaucoup d'espace pour une grande famille ou un groupe. Pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants, il est idéal avec une cour clôturée. Vous pouvez facilement passer vos journées à vous détendre au bord du bain à remous ou sur le perron. Pour plus d’espace, vous pouvez également louer le loft, situé à l’étage de 2 chambres et pouvant être connecté en déverrouillant la cage d’escalier.

Spacious house

We stayed here for Spring Break with 2 other families. Everyone had space to spread out and also space to hang out together. Loved having the hot tub after a long day of skiing!

My husband and our children and their families are been coming to 3Rivers Resort for almost 20 years and this was the first time that we were able to all stay under one roof. House 149 is perfect for large families. The comfort of being together yet having your own space. Nicer than expected, was actually amazed at the large rooms and decor.

Graduation celebration

Family gathered to celebrate a college graduate. Location was perfect distance from college and close enough to Gunnison to still enjoy the town. On site fishing and fly shop gave us plenty to keep us busy. Playground was heavily used by our 4 y/o guest and hot tub and fire side fun was great evening fun for the group. Hope to stay again when our next graduate happens.

Need I say more? The last 15-20 years we’ve “camped” in cabin #149. Always a great experience. So the location is great to haul your SXS, this resort is cute and cozy with the cabins and homes much better than most I’ve seen. HOME 149 housed our 3 families PERFECTLY. This house is very spacious, we didn’t feel on top of each other at all, if you have kids or a dog this property was fenced and had a hot tub and swing set! Needless to say we loved our stay!! Highly recommend
