If you want to explore the local area, you will be happy to discover that the house is the closest neighbor to the harbor's recreational area. Here you can plunge into the clear water from the rocks or take part in a lively football match on the nearby pitch. For the four-legged family members, there is even a dedicated dog-walking area where they can stretch their legs. And let's not forget the little ones – a rental site patiently waits for children's laughter and play.



Inside, the house impresses with its modern comfort and careful design. With space for up to 8 people, the house offers three separate bedrooms equipped with comfortable box mattresses that promise a good night's sleep. Should there be more of you, two additional beds can be arranged in the inviting guest beds. The bathroom facilities are well appointed with both a master bathroom including a bath and toilet, as well as a new guest toilet with modern amenities.



The kitchen is a true delight for cooking enthusiasts as it is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and induction hob. Here you will also find a complete collection of crockery and kitchen equipment – ​​everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals.



Technological conveniences such as heat pump, oil boiler, TV with extensive Viasat/Canal Digital package, WiFi and Bluetooth music system add a modern touch to the house. The sumptuous terrace that surrounds the house invites you to spend time outside, and the covered pergola with its comfortable corner sofa creates the perfect setting for relaxed gatherings.



There is parking available for two cars and the garden is equipped with furniture and a barbecue for outdoor activities.
