Cozy summer house where the owner, with his interior design, has made sure you can enjoy your holiday here. Bright colors and stylish décor greet you everywhere. There are two living rooms: one on the ground floor designed for relaxation with access to the terrace, and the other on the first floor, a natural gathering place for the family with a cozy sofa corner. On the ground floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, all with double beds, and two of them have access to the terrace. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds. The ground floor has a spacious and well-appointed bathroom with a whirlpool, and the first floor has a bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is on the first floor, offering a beautiful view of the area. The dining area is bright, spacious, and has a view over the Baltic Sea, a fantastic place to enjoy daily meals. The house features a ventilation system that ensures a good indoor climate. A truly excellent house for a holiday with friends or family.



Outdoor

A large furnished terrace allows you to enjoy the sun or set the table for one of the day's meals, perhaps prepared on the grill. The plot is about 3000 m2, providing space for play and games or a nap under one of the many fruit trees. From the living room on the first floor, there is access to a furnished balcony. You can park at the house.



Location

The house is located at the end of the road, only you will come here. Allinge is the nearest town, where you can do daily shopping or maybe find a café at the harbor and enjoy the harbor life. Allinge has a good and varied selection of dining places, so a lunch at the smokehouse or a dinner at the Old Post Office are just some of the options. You can take a dip at Næs, a good and child-friendly sandy beach. You can walk there via the road and path or take the car; there are good parking options at Næs. From Næs, you can walk to Sandkås along the old rescue path, an incredibly beautiful walk between and over the rocks. At Sandkås, there is also a good and child-friendly sandy beach. The Sandkås Beach Bar has created a cozy area, sit here and enjoy an ice cream or a cup of coffee. North Bornholm has magnificent nature inviting you to hikes, such as Hammerknuden, the Stenhuggerstien, Madseløkke, and perhaps you will see Krølle Bølle at Langebjerg. We wish you a good holiday.
