The Space:
This charming 38m² apartment is located on the ground floor – just watch out for the step when you enter! It features a cozy, additional small bedroom with a bunk bed, perfect for both children and adults. Carefully decorated and impeccably clean, the apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, and oven, along with ample cutlery and dishes. The spacious shower room includes a washer-dryer combination. Enjoy meals at the bar with 4 stools, or relax in the living area with a sofa and armchairs by the TV. For little ones, toys are conveniently stored in the grey ottoman by the door. The one-way windows allow for privacy: you can enjoy the view without anyone being able to see inside during the day.

By bike, you’re just 10 minutes from the historic polder landscape, and Bergen beach or Egmond is a 30-minute ride. The museum, cultural institutions, and Alkmaar's Great Church are a 15-minute walk away. The center boasts a variety of shops, restaurants, cafés, and lunchrooms.

Getting Around:
Parking is available at the Schelphoek garage, Korte Vondelstraat 4, 1811 AE Alkmaar, just a 350-meter walk away. A free exit ticket is included with your booking. For loading and unloading, you can park briefly at the lot by the apartment. The bus stop is located at Kanaalkade, only 350 meters away. Alkmaar Central Station is a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment.
