New cozy apartment located in the old center of the city in the lovely quiet square (it is not noisy at the night) in the pedestrian zone next to the city hall (50 m) , "El Postiguet Beach" (150m), Ńentral market and the castle of Santa Barbara, as well as many other places of interest. Within walking distance from the cafes, restaurants, shops and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a new building. It has elevator, convenient access, central air conditioning and heating, free high-speed wi-Fi, telephone for calls within Spain and TV.
The apartment has new furniture and modern interior. A double bed and a sofa bed with bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, electric hob and all necessary utensils.
Spacious and comfortable bathroom with everything you need.
