The first floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a family bathroom with a shower also situated on this level is a large open plan living area complete with banqueting table seating up to 16 people and a state of the art kitchen which includes 2 fridges, a freezer, cooker and two dishwashers.

For your convenience the property also has a washer/dryer on the ground floor level and boasts of Freeview TV and Wi-Fi along with underfloor heating and private courtyard complete with hot tub.

The Old Milking Parlour is a listed building and has single glazing throughout however with underfloor heating the property is still very cosy.



The village grounds include a playpark with playhouse, designated BBQ area, a floodlit sports area and an enclosed dog walking area along the banks of the River Amber, where the adjacent sluice gates and weir will be seen that served to provide water power to the neighbouring Cotton Mill circa 1790.



Adjacent the main Farmhouse is a walled Orchard which include geese, ducks, bantams, quail, alpacas, goats, rhea (small ostrich), peacocks, sheep and meerkats which is proving very popular with the younger guests especially helping Farmer Vic including fruit picking when in season and feeding and collecting the eggs from the chickens throughout the year except during the Christmas period.
