Condo with Awesome Lake view.

Our little lake place is a condo so it has that condo feel. There are 3 bedrooms (2 Queen beds and a bunk room with a full bed on bottom and a twin on top. There are 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with everything you would need to cook with. There is a bar to sit and eat or you may want to enjoy the outside patio with table and chairs that have a view. The condo offers high speed internet and a workspace with a usbc docking station with dual monitors, keyboard and mouse. The complex has two nice pools. (one is more of a lap pool and the other more of a lounging playing pool. There are restrooms located near the pool. There is a grilling section by the pools, if you would like to show off your grilling skills. Also, for the kiddos there is a playground area. We have a boat slip on the property if you would like to bring a boat or rent one from someone local. The slip is labeled with my condo number Q3. There is a game room located on the third floor of the entrance. There are 2 elevators on the premises. One elevator is near the entrance and the other is closer to our unit. When you arrive and would like to unload you may pull your vehicle close to the condo and unload. You must park up close to the garages. The lower parking lot is for the owners. My condo is in the section facing Lake Martin and the 280 bridge. One awesome thing about renting here is that you are only 2 minutes from highway 280.
