Renowned for being the best preserved Medieval town in Mallorca, the impressive ramparts of the town walls still surround this capsule of local life - a labyrinth of narrow, cobbled streets hosting tapas bars, bistros and craft shops with small plazas dotted in between, perfect for a mid-morning coffee break accompanied by freshly baked pastries. The area becomes more upbeat on Tuesdays and Sundays when local stalls are set up and the chic boutiques make way for the bustling market.
