Welcome to this modern and beautiful apartament for 3 people located in the sea front of the beach in Alcanada.
Located in the sea front in Alcanada, this wonderful home will make our guests almost sale the crystalline waters from the cosy and beautiful terrace. Just imagine yourselves every morning by a succulent breakfast next to the sea, listening to the sound of the waves and revelling in the scent of the sea breeze. The apartment is placed between the street and the hill so you can descend right to the beach from the communal garden going down some steps. When you come back, you can use the exterior shower to wash the salt off before going up for lunch or dinner.

The inside emanates modernity with a beautiful beach touch, specially the spacious living - dining - kitchen. It is perfect to spend time together while cooking on the ceramic hob, setting the table or watching the satellite TV while eating, or relaxing on the sofa. In the coldest days you can light the fire. Of course, you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a shower bathroom for the whole accommodation and in order to rest, there are two bedrooms, both with a wardrobe and air conditioning. One has a double bed and the other has a single bed. We will provide you a baby cot and a high chair in case you need any of them.

Alcanada is a quiet neighbourhood mainly inhabited by locals that go there to spend their family vacation. In fact, during the summer the area is full of life and it offers all needed services like supermarket, bars and traditional food restaurants. But the best of it all is that beach is just a few steps away. This quiet beach has some sand but lots of pebbles and seaweed. You will be able to swim to the islet in front of it, where you will find a lighthouse that makes this area one of the most beautiful ones in the island. And if you like playing golf, this is the perfect place since one of the best courses in the island is right there boasting wonderful views to the sea, the club of Alcanada.

SUN of Alcanada, Alcudia, Mallorca Nice apartment, Best view ever. Parking directly in front of the appartment on a reservated space. Quit area, not directly in the town. A few things in the apartment should be renovated, espacilly the Couch in the Livingstone area. The child room is very small, only for infants, not for a teenager.

The location of the property is outstanding and is what makes the holiday. The direct access to the beach and the sea views are stunning. However the property needs a refurbishment. The mattress on the bed is appalling. The other thing, .which is annoying is that despite you knowing I was arriving at 1am in the morning. There was no welcome pack of at least a bottle of water. In addition to this having to purchase toilet rolls, bleach and washing up materials is poor.

El apartamento tiene unas vistas increíbles y está en un lugar tranquilo. Cuenta con una plaza de garaje delante. Estaba limpio, y la decoración es agradable. No obstante, tiene dos puntos débiles: 1. No está preparado para estancias de invierno: la chimenea es solamente decorativa y las máquinas de climatización de las habitaciones no alcanzan la zona de estar-comedor. 2. Cocina y baño sin ningún tipo de equipamiento básico. Ni sal, ni azúcar en la cocina; ni siquiera jabón de manos o gel de ducha en el baño.

Tolle, ruhige Lage direkt am Meer Herrlicher Ausblick vom Balkon Problemloser Check-In und kooperative Vermieter Leider ist das Mobiliar schon recht abgewohnt. Die Ausstattung eher mangelhaft für eine Ferienunterkunft, wo die meisten Gäste per Flugzeug anreisen - kein Salz/Pfeffer, für 1 Woche 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier, 2 Geschirrspültabs, keine Seife, 1 Müllbeutel. Im Bad leider Schimmel, stark verkalkter Wasserkocher. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht (mehr).

Très joli appartement, calme, très propre. Balcon agréable avec une vue magnifique. Seul le manque de produits de base (sel, sucre, huile, vinaigre et de quoi faire la vaisselle ainsi que du papier toilette) est a déplorer. Il est nécessaire d’être mobile afin de profiter des plages ou d’autres activités puisqu’il n’y a pas grand chose à proximité immédiate.

Ruhe und Erholung mit Traumblick

In traumhafter Meerlage mit Palmengarten lassen sich erholsame Tage in einer ruhigen Ecke Mallorcas erleben. Besonders die Sonnenaufgang waren ein Traum von der kleinen Terrasse. Tolle Ferienwohnung- gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Wir durften eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Apartment verbringen, es liegt sehr ruhig und geschützt, sodass wir uns gut erholen konnten. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer ist zu jeder Tageszeit wunderschön. Vor dem Haus ist nur noch ein Weg, der von den Anwohnern genutzt wird, sodass auch keine Strand- Partytouristen sich hierher verirren. Auf dem Stellplatz vor der Wohnung kann der Leihwagen sicher abgestellt werden, was ebenfalls sehr praktisch ist. Wer an einen der belebteren Strände an der Ostküstewill, erreicht diese in höchstens 15 Minuten. Leider zieht morgens ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abwassersystem durch die Wohnung (Abfluss der Dusche), da hilft einmal gut durchlüften, tsgsüber ist davon auch nichts zu merken. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam es zu einer Überlastungdes Stromnetzes im gesamten Gebäude, sodass für einen Tag weder Strom noch Wasserversorgung funktionierten. Nebean wohnt die Familie der Eigentümerin, was die Behebung der Probleme sicher beschleunigt hat. Mit der vermittelnden Agentur Homerti hätten wir uns dagegen eine bessere Kommunikation gewünscht, hier fühlten wir unsstellenweise sehr allein und im Unklaren gelassen. Davon abgesehen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthaltund würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!
