Flor est une maison accueillante avec une piscine d'eau salĂ©e de 6m x 4m situĂ©e Ă  quelques mĂštres de la plage de Muro prĂšs du port d'Alcudia. La zone extĂ©rieure de cette maison dispose d'une terrasse couverte avec une grande table de salle Ă  manger oĂč manger en plein air. Ici, vous pouvez profiter du petit-dĂ©jeuner, du barbecue le soir ou de moments agrĂ©ables en famille ou entre amis. La piscine, Ă©quipĂ©e de chaises longues confortables oĂč se dĂ©tendre au soleil, dispose Ă©galement d'une barriĂšre mobile pour enfants, pour les plus petits si nĂ©cessaire.



La maison, qui compte deux étages, dispose au rez-de-chaussée d'une petite cuisine avec accÚs à la terrasse et à la zone de la piscine, équipée d'un réfrigérateur-congélateur, d'un évier, d'un micro-ondes et d'un plan de travail pour plus de commodité.

À l'Ă©tage infĂ©rieur se trouvent une chambre et une salle de bain, et Ă  l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur, deux autres chambres et une autre salle de bain. Deux des chambres ont un lit de couple et l'autre, des lits individuels. La cuisine est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e de tout ce qui est nĂ©cessaire pour un grand confort. Family holiday

Lovely villa with well equipped kitchen, lounge and lovely bathrooms. Handy utility room with fridge freezer near pool where we could prepare food and keep an eye on the kids in the pool. Quiet neighbourhood and only a stones throw from the beach. Lovely bakery just up the road. IPM were good to deal with, there if we needed them but left us to enjoy our stay in peace. Owners of villa came with a delicious pastry dish for us the day before we left.

Beautiful Casa Flora

We loved our stay at Villa Flora. As Grandparents with our Son, Daughter in law and 3 Grandchildren under 11 we found the Villa everything we had hoped for. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything you would need was supplied along with a very generous welcome pack of fruit, wine water and soft drinks which we all enjoyed. The owner even bought us a lovely bread cake on the Friday which happened to coincide with our grandsons birthday. We would thoroughly recommend this villa. we had the best holiday here and made many special memories. The owner and his wife are the nicest people you could meet and should be proud of their wonderful 'Casa;

Ironman Stay

We rented this villa and the one next door for a group trip to compete in the half Ironman. The group was made up of adults and infants and both villas were suitable for our 5 night stay. The owners were very friendly and made us feel welcome with treats they left for our arrival. The only items that we would suggest more of were child friendly plates and cups and more plastic items for eating around poolside such as plates or trays. Very enjoyable and great location out of the main town.

super villa.

Beautiful villa. Great condition throughout. The owner has spent a lot of time and effort in keeping up a high standard. A nice quiet area. Loved sitting on front balcony each morning watching the groups of young tennis players learning the game with their coaches. Exceptional talent for some at such an early age.

Nice place but could be improved if they act on reviews

Semi detached house on a cul-de-sac off the main road, a few steps away from the lagoon (so mozzies). Mainly quiet. Nicely furnished house. Full kitchen with lots of crockery incl tiny cups but no mugs. No kettle. No plastic glasses/crockery for poolside which would have been appreciated with a child. Soap for w/m and dishwasher provided. Nice modern bathrooms and laundry room. Most of the accommodation is upstairs with interior stairs down to poolside so not convenient to bring food down to the poolside dining area. WiFi only connects near the router (lounge), the back of the house and pool not so good. Slight smell of damp throughout. Only one parasol by pool. 5 min walk to beach, restaurants and grocery store. Front patio overlooks tennis courts. Close to main road, popular with motorcyclists so noise in evenings. Lots of towels incl beach towels. Memory foam mattresses. Not enough pillows. I don’t recommend booking thru Homeaway, they charged a *12% per cent feee which wasn’t clear until the booking was made. The booking went thru a local agent anyway - Ideal Property Management, who were helpful on site but impossible to deal with from home.

Delivered on what it promised

The villa exceeded expectations from photos. The rental company were outstanding. Our 2 week stay was great. Catalina (the owner) visited twice on our last day arrived with a lovely pastry dish for us. We had 2 negatives. 1. Lack of kitchen utensils 2. The single beds were really uncomfortable and made a loud noise every time you moved. Other than that it was a great stay

Great Holiday

Was the first time we did a Villa Holiday and I think it is now the way we will go. This villa is exactly how it is described. Great location for everything 1 min walk to the beach which was great. The Hawaiian cocktail bar was really nice staff were really friendly and welcoming and got to know us well. Will definitely be coming back

Great property in ideal location near the beach and local facilities. Very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Enjoyed complimentary fruit, wine and ensamaida. Only slight negative was noisy swimming pool pump room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would book villa again!

Das Feriendomizil ist sehr schön und lĂ€sst kaum WĂŒnsche offen.

Wir haben uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, blitzsauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Hausverwaltung war sehr zuvorkommend und stand auch stets als Ansprechpartner fĂŒr Fragen außerhalb der Ferienimmobilie zur VerfĂŒgung. Am letzten Tag ĂŒberraschte uns ein leckerer Kuchen in der KĂŒche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect location and fantastic hospitality

We stayed at this villa during October 2018 and had an amazing time. The villa is located less than 3mins from the beach - you can simply see the sea when you look out on the main road. And on the opposite side you can see the mountains and the lakes so you get the best of both worlds. The villa is well looked after, modern, extremely clean and spacious with 3 rooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room upstairs and a 4th room, 2nd bathroom and laundry room (includes washer, tumble dryer and ironing board) downstairs. The upstairs living room opens out to a balcony with table and chairs to dine on (as shown in pictures). This is truly a home away from home as the villa feels homely with all the things you need. Lots of bath towels supplied including beach towels, hair dryer so you don't really need to bring much along. The back of the house has the pool and a big dinning table and BBQ area which is where we spent most of our time. The owner was kind enough to leave us fruits and a varieties of beverages as a welcome surprise on our arrival. During our stay it rained and the owner turned up with a traditional Spanish pastry to brighten up the mood - really kind of them to do this. There's a number of shops and restaurants close by which are walking distance - closest supermarket is about 5 mins so you can buy last minute toiletries or food. Or if you fancy eating out most restaurants are about a 10-15min walk away. The rental agent - Ideal Property Mallorca were great. Booking was simple and easy. They were pretty much on hand 24hrs to help with any issues and looked after us well. I would definitely come here again and also book next door so a larger group of us can go.

Nice villa with pool few minutes from beach and other ammenities

Well equipped villa in a quiet location with air con in most rooms. Good sized pool area. It’s a few minutes walk to the beach and close to a supermarket. It’s a split level property so stairs to the main living area. Being close to a lake we were concerned about insect bites in the evenings but it was no worse than walking around the local towns. We enjoyed our stay and would use the property again.
