Room was lovely in terms of cleanliness and decor however you wouldnt expect it to be so hot in september. The room was too hot to sleep. There was a fan and portable air con unit so theyve obviously had complaints in the past, trouble with the air con unit is that it sounded like a jet aircraft and couldnt sleep with the noise
Lovely place to stay, room nicely appointed, staff friendly and helpful and set in tranquil location with ample grounds. Restaurant and bar area, including outdoor dining space also very nice and make the most of the old converted water mill building. Did not eat on this occasion but did a few months ago but from what I saw, nothing has changed and it would not disappoint. All in all will definitely return either to stay or just to dine.
A lovely place to stay for rest, good food and drinks. A building with lots of character and history surrounding the âArrow Millâ tale. The rooms are decorated with taste and all details are dealt with, comfy beds great bathrooms with showers, (we actually had a great ârainfall walk-in shower as well as a roll top bath), all seem to be top spec. All staff are courteous and friendly, making you feel special and welcome. The food available here is mainly classics and comfort food. All very tasty and with generous portions. There is huge bar and lots of lounge space to sit in comfort, even log fires to get you toasty.
This is my 2nd stay at the Arrow Mill. The rooms are a perfect size with large bathrooms. Very welcoming and friendly staff who are also extremely accommodating. The food was excellent and the breakfast options are great and I would definitely recommend the full English!
