VILLA PALME (Cin: IT081001C24QTEPM6H) is a Prestigious and Stunning Villa with 5 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms, Swimming Pool, Parking and Free Wi-Fi.
The entire Villa is rented in total exclusivity.
In fact, from the 2020 season the owners no longer live in a lateral part of the Villa, as was the case in previous years until 2019.
The Villa is part of an ancient 'Baglio' completely renovated, immersed in a lush garden that surrounds the swimming pool and can accommodate up to 14 people, modern and equipped with all comforts, it retains the charm of the ancient.
The Villa is located in a strategic point in the Gulf of Castellammare halfway between the airports of Palermo and Trapani.
One kilometer away we find Restaurants, Pizzerias, Bars, Supermarkets for all your needs.
Check-in is at 05:00 PM and Check-out at 10:00 AM.
Different times must be agreed with the owners and a supplement will be required, as described at the end of the description among the optional extra supplements.
For a comfortable stay, a rental car is recommended.
In the Villa there are:
5 Bedrooms (2 double bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms, 2 triple bedrooms that can use the bathrooms outside the bedrooms and 1 quadruple bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. The quadruple bedroom is also connected to a triple bedroom, but both have an independent entrance from the patio, so just lock the connecting door and it will be isolated from the other bedrooms).
All bedrooms are equipped with TV, Air Conditioning, sheets, blankets, linen, towels and shower towels not usable in the pool;
5 Bathrooms, 1 of which without a shower;
1 Poolside Shower immersed in the green hedges, in addition to the 5 Bathrooms;
2 Kitchens (Internal and External with BBQ), equipped with dishwasher, and many other appliances, TV, tables for 8 people extendable up to 14 people.
2 Living rooms with sofas and armchairs Inside;
1 Sofa with 2 Armchairs in the outdoor Living Room;
1 Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
1 Large Swimming Pool (12 meters x 6 meters) 1.2 meters deep, with the possibility of having it heated in the months from October to November and from April to May, paying a supplement, as described at the end of this description.
The Swimming Pool is open all year round, although in the months from December to March it will not be heated.

1 Large Parking (It is not permitted to connect electric or plug-in cars to the house's electrical sockets for their recharging).
Villa Palme is the ideal place to spend a wonderful holiday of relaxation and culture.
In fact, in a few minutes by car, you can reach the beach of Alcamo Marina with free access with fine golden sand, the city of Alcamo with its Castle of the "Conti di Modica", the Natural Reserve of Bosco D'Alcamo on Mount Bonifato, the route of the Churches and the White Wine D'Alcamo DOC, the tourist port of Castellammare del Golfo, with its Castle, the Faraglioni of Scopello, the Oriented Natural Reserve of Zingaro, the Greek Temple of Segesta with its Greek Amphitheater, the thermal waters of Segesta, all just a few minutes away.
While just 30 minutes by car you can reach the city of Palermo with all its wonders and its shopping centers, Monreale, Erice, Custonaci and its "Grotta Mangiapane", Trapani with its salt pans, Marsala with its Stagnone Nature Reserve and the island of Mothia, the Punic ship of Marsala, Castelvetrano and Selinunte with its Archaeological Park.
Things to know:
- The pool will be cleaned every week including water quality control, at no additional cost.
- Smoking is allowed in the large outdoor areas of the villa.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the bedrooms and in the internal parts of the villa.
- It is prohibited to host people who are not part of the reservation.
Upon agreement with the owners, people outside the reservation may be accepted without exceeding the maximum number of 14 people, even for the day only without overnight stay, paying an additional supplement of € 35 per person per day and pets are not allowed.
In case of need, guests can contact the owners who will make themselves available.
In the villa you can request other optional extra services, paying supplements.
OPTIONAL EXTRA CHARGES
- To have the pool with heated water in the months from October to November and from April to May, make a request to the owners at least 1 week before your arrival at the villa, you will be asked to pay a supplement of € 200 for pre-heating and € 35 for each day for the entire duration of your stay at check-in.
- If you want to have underfloor heating, instead of electric heat pumps, during the winter months from December to March, you must ask the owners for availability, paying a supplement of € 35 per day for the entire duration of your stay.
- The bath/shower towels (white) present in each room cannot be used for the pool and the beach.
If you do not have pool/beach towels, you can rent them at a cost of € 5 per towel for the entire stay.
- For an early check-in, ask for availability, a supplement of € 30 will be required for each extra hour of use of the villa.
- For a Late Check-out, ask for availability, a supplement of €30 will be required for each extra hour of use of the villa.
- To have from 1 to 3 baby cots with linen included, ask for availability, a supplement of €100 will be required for each cot, for the entire stay.
- To have from 1 to 3 baby high chairs, ask for availability, a supplement of €30 will be required for each high chair, for the entire stay.
- For each request for extra linen change during the stay of Towels and Sheets (Supply only, without placing in beds), a supplement of €30 per couple will be required.
- For other requests not described, ask the owners.
