Villa DellOmbra opens onto outdoor spaces designed to enjoy every moment in the open air. The true highlight is the heated private swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing swim in any season. Around it, comfortable sun loungers, a shaded veranda, and an outdoor hot-water shower create a relaxing setting.
The spacious outdoor kitchen, equipped with a stove, a pizza oven and a gas BBQ, invites guests to enjoy convivial evenings under the Sicilian sky. An elegantly furnished outdoor living area with comfortable sofas and a large dining table completes the space, offering the perfect environment to gather, share meals and experience authentic Mediterranean living — ideal for a memorable villa holiday.

Inside, the villa offers almost 200 sqm arranged over two levels, with bright interiors and an authentic Sicilian atmosphere. On the ground floor, a spacious living room provides a welcoming place to unwind, next to a fully equipped kitchen with rustic charm. A utility room with pantry and a full bathroom add practicality, as expected from quality villa rentals.
The ground floor also includes a comfortable double bedroom with air conditioning, private TV and en-suite bathroom, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
On the first floor, three additional double bedrooms — all air-conditioned and equipped with TV — are complemented by a bathroom with shower and a terrace.

During your stay, you will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a comfortable and completely private experience.

Upon your arrival, you’ll find everything you need for a short stay, and—upon request—we can also provide essential amenities for families with young children, including a baby cot, high chair, baby bath, safety rail, and more, suitable for infants from 0 to 3 years old.

You will also have access to a detailed guide with useful information about the villa and the surrounding area, while my wife and I will remain fully available for any need. We’ll be happy to help you discover the wonders of our land by arranging additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard visits, horseback riding in the countryside or a private chef service directly in the villa, everything to make your holiday truly unforgettable.

For cleanliness and comfort, we collaborate with one of the best companies in our region for the supply and professional cleaning of bed linens, towels, and beach towels. They exclusively use certified “EU ECOLABEL’’ products, ensuring a safe and eco-friendly environment for you and your loved ones.

To comply with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration before arrival.

Submission of identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid document (ID Card, Passport, or Driver’s License).

Online identity verification: The system includes a guest recognition process before access.

Access code reception: The entry code for the villa will be sent only after the registration process is completed.

Tourist tax: It will be automatically calculated based on the number of nights booked and can be paid online at the end of the check-in process. The tax applies for a maximum of 5 days for guests aged 14 and older.

The villa is located in Alcamo Marina, about 1 km from the fabulous sandy beach of "Zona Aleccia," which offers visitors the choice between a free public beach or a paid equipped one. Additionally, it is only a 20-minute drive from all essential services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias, and bars.

The villa is located halfway between Palermo and Trapani airports and just 10 minutes from the main highway, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Western Sicily and swimming in some of the area’s most beautiful and exclusive beaches.

To enjoy a smooth and carefree holiday, we strongly recommend renting a car directly at the arrival airport, where you’ll find the best rates and the widest selection of vehicles, as the region does not have an efficient public transportation system. However, for guests who do not drive or prefer not to rent a car, we are happy to arrange a taxi service upon request.

Inside the property, you will also find a private parking area with an automatic gate, spacious enough to accommodate up to three large vehicles.

I live about 20 minutes from the villa and am always available for any needs. You can reach me at any time, day or night: I will do my best to make you feel comfortable and assist you promptly should anything unexpected arise during your stay.
