Itsy Bitsy Beryl is located in the Rio Grand Blvd neighborhood.

This neighborhood is quiet and cozy but close enough to the freeway providing very easy access anywhere in town (Best of Both Worlds - Far enough away to be in a suburban neighborhood without all the hustle and bustle of being downtown). Most of the shopping is within a quick 5-15 minute drive and there is a welcoming community vibe here. Many of the families in this neighborhood have been here for multiple decades so there is a strong sense of pride and ownership with friendly neighbors who all know each other and look out for one another. You'll likely see a few random peacocks roaming the neighborhood which always makes for a FUN photo with the kids.

You’ll be able to access the space day or night via keyless entry lock – no more worrying about misplacing keys! You’ll have the home to yourself, and our goal is to provide everything that you might need to be autonomous, but this doesn’t mean that we won’t be available.
