Located upstairs are 2 guest bedrooms, a full bathroom and a home office space set in the spacious loft area with bunkbeds. Exposed timber beams and a welcoming gas fireplace in the main living room exude warmth and comfort.

The heart of the home is the beautifully appointed kitchen. Ideally located within the open plan living area, this space is ideal for gathering, preparing, and sharing family meals. The main living area is perfect for relaxing movie nights by the fire or enjoying endless hours of fun playing pool. Privacy is assured with the primary bedroom and ensuite located downstairs.

The fully fenced backyard is ideal for outdoor dining, relaxing or entertaining with outdoor seating, a grill, plus a natural fire pit and a gas fire pit to enjoy during the chilly New Mexico nights.

An additional in-ground firepit with two rustic stone benches provides another charming option for enjoying cool desert evenings. To top it all off, immerse yourself in the soothing waters of the hot tub, making this backyard a retreat you'll never want to leave.

Guest Access:
*Guests have access to the entire property except for 1 garage bay that is walled off, and 2 closets in the house which are locked.
*To elevate your comfort and enjoyment, we offer the exclusive add-on features: Hot Tub Heating fee for $100 per stay. Our hot tub heating option ensures a perfect water temperature for an unforgettable relaxing experience.
*Our home is pet-friendly, welcoming dogs only (up to 40 pounds each). We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation, with a pet fee of $250 per pet. No more than 2 pets and no other pet types are permitted.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in NE Albuquerque's Desert Ridge Trails community, this area boasts top-notch hiking, with 100+ trails like La Luz and Crest Trail in Cibola National Forest.
Just a mile from the 125 freeway, you're 20 minutes from most of Albuquerque. The house is under 2 miles from the famous Balloon Fiesta, where 500+ balloons color the skies every October.
Year-round, Balloon Fiesta Park hosts various events, and it's all close by. Enjoy mountain biking, hiking, Sandia Peak Tramway (13 minutes away), skiing (November to April), plus dining, shops, and cultural spots nearby.
The Sandia Peak Tramway and Ski Area offer year-round fun, just 13 minutes away, allowing quick access to skiing within 30 minutes. Balloon Fiesta Park, only 8 minutes away, is situated north of the city.
