Enjoy this absolutely amazing two-bedroom, two bath apartment that is conveniently located right at the foothills of the Sandia Mountains. Walking distance from the best hiking, biking, running trails, brewery, and restaurants Albuquerque has to offer. If you love serenity, the outdoors and beautiful views, this apartment is perfect for you! This cozy apartment was thoughtfully updated and is perfect for the vacationing family, traveling retirees, Balloon Fiesta visitors, or professionals.

The inviting living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a smart TV provided so you can watch any of your favorite streaming services. A blu-ray player with a library of over 100 Blu-Ray/DVD titles for adults and kids is also provided. A great selection of family board games is also available for your enjoyment. High speed internet is provided and will support work-from-home and multiple devices streaming at the same time.

The beautifully updated kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic spices and everything you would need to fix an on-the-go meal or cook for your entire family. The coffee bar is always stocked with fresh ground high end Starbucks or New Mexico Piñon coffee for your enjoyment.

The back patio is a serene place to enjoy an amazing view of the city and the most amazing and breathtaking sunsets that Albuquerque is known for. Lounge and table seating is provided along with your very own propane barbecue grill!
Whether you wish to lounge with friends over cocktails, have coffee in the morning, or have dinner under the umbrella, the huge outdoor is the place to do just that.

The luxurious master bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized high-end comfortable mattress, high quality bed linens, and comforters for a blissful nights sleep. A small reading library is provided along with a big screen TV equipped with a ROKU stick to stream all of your favorite subscriptions. More than enough closet space and luggage racks are provided for your convenience. The completely updated master bath has a shower and plenty of counter space.

The cozy extra bedroom is equipped with two twin sized beds with high-end bedding and mattresses to provide a comfortable night's sleep. There is plenty of closet space in this room as well as a luggage rack provided for your convenience. The updated hall bathroom has a tub and a shower to soak all your worries away.

This apartment was recently upgraded to ice cold Refrigerated Air Condition and Forced air heating. Most properties in Albuquerque are cooled by swamp coolers which can have troubles keeping spaces cool enough during high temps or high humidity. You can rest assured, you will be comfortable in our Apartment!

The apartment is also equipped with an oversized washer, dryer and laundry soap for your convenience.

The nearest Albertsons grocery store is located 1 mile from the house. Bridges on Tramway which contains Boxing Bear Brewery and Tako Ten eatery is a short 7 minute walk or from your front door. The best hiking, biking, running, and walking trails are all located out your front and back doors.

The world-famous Sandia Peak Tramway is a short 10-minute drive from the apartment. Ride the tram to the top of Sandia Mountains to enjoy beautiful views of the city of Albuquerque below, access to Sandia Peak Ski Resort in the winter and mountain biking in the summer.

Sandia Resort & Casino is only 15 minutes away, featuring an award-winning golf course open to the public, spa services, restaurants and concerts throughout the year.

Take a quick drive via I-40 to historic Albuquerque Old Town where you can shop the Plaza for authentic hand-crafted turquoise and silver jewelry. Get your fill of red or green chile at many local New Mexican restaurants before heading over to the Albuquerque Museum of Art & History, New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science, and Explora Science Museum for kids of all ages.

You can also head north via I-25 for a short drive up to Santa Fe for a day trip. Or for a more leisurely and scenic drive up to Santa Fe, simply head south on Tramway Blvd. and around the Sandia Mountains to the Turquoise Trail.

If you are visiting for the world-famous Albuquerque Balloon fiesta, the apartment is a short 15-minute drive from the front gate. Balloon pilots from all over the world to fly in this bucket list one-of-a-kind experience. Throughout the rest of the year, head to Balloon Fiesta Park to visit the Albuquerque International Balloon Museum to learn all about the "Hot Air Ballooning Capital of the World".

What a lovely week here. The place has everything one needs, is clean, well-stocked, in a great location, and has a beautiful sunset view from the back patio. Easy to walk out the door and head east for a walk through the open space.

Overall very clean and well appointed condo. Smooth check in process and good communication. Very convenient location to activities, hiking, shopping, bars and restaurants. Only downside was proximity to major road (a little loud on patio) and the view was only seen when standing. If you sat down on patio you were staring at concrete wall. Overall, I would stay here again.

Our first morning there we were awoken to the sound of men pounding and walking across the roof and scraping the roof off at 7 AM. This is unacceptable who schedules roofers whenever you have guest coming our host rep replied he was sorry, and he had told him next not to be on our corner of the apartments it was so loud. We had traveled a long distance and were very tired and wanted to rest. We were not offered any compensation. We tried to have a conversation with the manager and all he had to say was I’m sorry there was an emergency leak if he had told us ahead of time we would have canceled, but he did not bother to call and let us know that they were gonna be roofers, waking us up at 7 AM. They only stopped when we called and complained to him and he canceled the roofers for that day.

This rental is in a very safe and beautiful part of Albuquerque, New Mexico, located in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains, one of the most beautiful views!We came in to ABQ for a family/siblings reunion and were able to return to our apartment to recoup from the excitement of events to a quiet, peaceful and comfortable resting place. The amenities in the apartment were perfect for us. There is a backyard patio that is a perfect place to watch the night sky... especially in one of the beautiful rain storms that pop up from time to time and bring an amazing smell of rain mixed with the sand and rock. I wish we had been able to take pictures, but so much time with family kept us busy.This is a great location and apartment to relax and enjoy a peaceful reprieve from the chaos of work, play or just exploring all the beauty Albuquerque has to offer.

I highly recommend this rental. It is very clean and well maintained. Great size for a family of 4. The kitchen had full size appliances with enough dishes, pots/pans, utensils to cook meals. The neighborhood was safe. Nice views of the city from the back porch.

Comfortable weekender

We stayed here for a couple of nights at the end of Spring Break and got to spend some really nice time with our college kid. The space was clean and the kitchen well appointed. Very comfortable space on a quiet street. We'd for sure stay here again and will keep the place in mind for future visits.
