Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 74cm wide. The villa sits in a flat location. There are 2 shallow steps of 10cm from the villa to the pool level. This can be seen in the images. The pool itself requires step access. The ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 72cm, whilst the ensuite doors are only 66cm wide. The door into the kitchen is 72cm wide, whilst the door into the lounge is 134cm wide.
