Villa Cerro is a modern family villa located in the Cerro de Águia area, just 500m from some great local restaurants and mini-markets! A nice location, a few minutes drive away from Sao Rafael beach.

The house itself is all on one level where you will find a bright open-plan lounge, dining room which is a cool and light space due to patio doors which lead to the pool. Lounge furniture includes a comfy sofa and armchair, a TV and DVD player showing a selection of English channels, and, in the dining area, a wooden table and chairs and also benefits from free WiFi. The fully fitted kitchen comes with all appliances including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine.

This cosy 3 bedroom house is close to the restaurants and to the shopping facilities (1,5 km). There is a bar/restaurant 3 minutes drive/12 minutes walk from the house.
