Villa Casa Praia V3, Praia da Coelha

A typical Algarve house, very welcoming and with a fantastic location, which will certainly provide a pleasant and relaxed holiday, without needing a car to go to the beach.



Located 750 meters from Praia da Coelha, this villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living and dining room and kitchen. Outside you will find a Mediterranean garden and private pool.



The bedrooms, one suite with two single beds and a private bathroom with shower and access to the terrace, the other two, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with a window, share a bathroom with a bathtub.



The living room has two areas, the living room and the dining area, the dining area has a 6-seater table supported by the kitchen which is equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave , toaster, electric kettle and Delta Q capsule coffee machine.



In the living area there are two sofas and access to the patio where you will find a terrace with outdoor furniture and sun loungers, private pool and garden.



The capacity of this house is 6 people. For babies, we have a travel bed and high chair available upon request. Please note that the travel bed does not include sheets.



The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.



Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.



We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years of age. Reservations for people aged between 18 and 25 will require a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking the good condition of the apartment. If anything is damaged, the cost of repairing or replacing it will be deducted from the deposit.
