C'est un véritable trésor - un appartement magnifiquement aménagé dans un emplacement privilégié, avec une vue imprenable depuis la terrasse privée meublée et la piscine. L'appartement est spacieux et contemporain, il est équipé pour accueillir jusqu'à cinq personnes dans le confort, et a à peu près tout ce qu'un visiteur peut rechercher dans un appartement de vacances. Situé à côté de la plage sur l'esplanade du front de mer, la position ne pouvait guère être améliorée. Cet appartement a été préparé à un niveau très élevé, avec le confort et la commodité des clients à l'esprit.

A week in Olhos de Agua

Apartment with excellent facilities, wonderful views over the town and beach. Stunning sandy beach, a joy to walk on, everywhere very clean. Plenty of variety to eat and drink from morning, lunch and evening. A short hope by taxis to the marina at Vilamoura, good siteseeng visit with plent of places to eat and drink. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment and area to anyone thiking of a visit.

First time in the Algarve and will not be the last. Olhos de Agua is a wonderful former fishing village now a tourist destination. The condo was wonderful and Anne the perfect host. Fantastic restaurants right at your doorstep. The location of the condo is right down at the front and the view from the front terrace is amazing.

Excellent location in modern apartment

The location is superb; right in the center of the old town. The restaurants, bars and beach are literally at your doorstep. The views are good and it is nice to also have the availability of the pool in your backyard. The apartment is clean and modern, the bed is comfortable and nice outdoor furniture. The host is incredibly helpful and nice to deal with. The hostess helped answer any questions via WhatsApp in a timely manner. Great vacation! Would come back in a heart beat!

Lovely apartment

The property was excellent, spotless and has a very well equipped kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom are downstairs and there is a separate toilet upstairs. The patio is large with lovely views, in our opinion the seats and loungers were quite uncomfortable compared to neighbours whose seating was settees and chairs. An extra umbrella would have been welcomed. Personally the stairs in the appartment were quite challenging and the steps up to the pool area were impossible. Luckily the beach was only a stones throw away and the lift to the apartment was perfect. Plenty of nice eating places on the doorstep and the area is quiet even though it was busy. Very nice people.

Start with a couple of issues the bed was far to hard for me and my partner both of us have bad backs and have to have a firm bed but this wrecked us,the front door lock was difficult to use and the hand held shower didnt work so my partner struggled to wash her hair.Now the good bits,the apartment is nice the kitchen is a good size and has everything you need for making your own meals if you wanted to,the apartment has aircon but only one controler worked so had to walk and and down the stairs with the controller that worked but wasn't a problem,the bathroom and bedroom are also good sizes,you have your own balcony with great sunbeds overlooking the main street with great views of the ocean,you also have a rear terrace out of the bedroom with sunbeds and a great shared pool area a few steps away,the apartment is right in the centre of the main street you have the beach on your door step not the biggest but nice and you have some good restaurants on your door step so overrall a good apartment in a good location

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung, zentral gelegen zwischen Strand und Schwimmbad. Am Strand und im Meer war leider sehr viel Seegras.Sonst hat alles super gepasst. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Skøn lejlighed med havudsigt og tagterrasse

Dejlig lejlighed lige ned til stranden. Selvom lejligheden ligger så centralt var der ingen larm og vi kunne nyde en skøn ferie med ren afslapning. Værten var rigtig venlig og havde en masse gode anbefalinger til aktiviter og spise steder.

Love Love Love this property

Fabulous location, lovely welcome from hostess Anne who greeted us when we arrived. Really couldn't fault anything, the only thing I would say if I were to be really picky is that the glass panels on the balcony were really dirty which is a shame because you spend a lot of time watching the world go by on the balcony peering through the panels. But obviously that is being really picky, everything else was fabulous and we will definitely be returning.

Fantastic Apartment

Had a fantastic holiday here , the apartment was spotless, modern with a large balcony with views of the ocean. Debbie and Anne were very helpful , from booking to arranging transfers for us,to departing, excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend. Olhas De Agua is a lovely place with plenty of restaurants and a beautiful clean and sandy beach 10/10

One of the best apartments we have stayed

We stayed in Beiramar apartment in August 2014. It is a beautifully furnished duplex apartment with front and rear sunny terraces. the front terrace overlooks the beach. we was met at the apartment by Anne one of two ladies that mange this apartment, she is wonderful, friendly and a great source of information on the area. Olhos D' Agua itself is a lovely fishing village with plenty of character and the best Italian restaurant called Fratelli's (which is just outside the apartment). we would definitely book again and have recommended it to all our friends and colleagues.

Fabulous holiday

We have just returned from a 10 night stay in the apartment Berimar in Olhos do Agua and what a wonderful time we had. The apartment was fab it had everything you need to make it home from home. We took our 10 year daughter who loved every minute especially the pool area which when quiet we had to ourselves. It did get busy on the odd occasion so would recommend a few more sun beds in high season. The sea view from the balcony was wonderful. We would like to say a huge thank you to Debbie and Anne who could not have done anymore for us to make our stay a very special one. We will definitely be returning :-)
