Casa Dos Pais is a modern two bedroomed house, making the most of its outdoor space, and in a great location. Set back from the road between Vale De Parra and Galé Beach, the villa is within walking distance of supermarkets and a choice of restaurants and bars!

Outside, there’s a lovely covered dining terrace with far reaching views due to its elevated position. Steps lead from here down to a great pool terrace, a poolside shower and a couple of parasols offering some welcome shade. Round the back (accessed from the kitchen and bedrooms, is a little yard with space to BBQ, and sit and dine, new stone walls have just been completed giving it a lovely cosy and modern feel.

The renovation transformed the villa from a traditional cottage into a stylish and practical villa, whilst keeping the original pretty exterior and gated pool terrace. Its cool and bright interior with sunny rooms and furniture make for an excellent holiday for small families or group of friends.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is lovely and bright with lots of natural light and is very tastefully decorated bright colours and modern, high quality furniture. The living space has two comfy sofas, a large flatscreen TV and DVD player as well as complimentary Wi-Fi internet. Between the living area and kitchen is a modern dining table and four chairs. The American-style kitchen is very stylish, with white units, black worktops and chrome appliances including a large fridge-freezer, oven and microwave. There are patio doors leading from the living area to a lovely, wooden pergola covered dining terrace.

There are two air conditioned bedrooms - one double and one twin - both are light and brightly decorated with large wardrobes and patio doors accessing the garden. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. There’s also a house shower bathroom meaning there’s a private bathroom for each of the bedrooms if you choose to use them as such.

The air conditioning is in the bedrooms only.

Casa Dos Pais is a wonderful addition to our portfolio of Portugal villas, and has everything that you wish for in a family villa - great outdoor space, bright, modern interior, and its in a great location.

Plus it’s only a short drive to some great restaurants in Guia, and a little further to Albufeira. There are several beaches to choose from closeby, the nearest is Galé Beach which is 1.5km away from the villa.

The refundable security deposit is £500 on this property and is payable before travel.

Vale de Parra has a few restaurants, cafe bars, and a mini market are within a few minute walk from the house, and Albufeira town is only a 10 minute taxi ride away and Uber are in the area now and are usually easy to order.

The nearest Supermarket is Aldi and is just 200m away, there is a cafe and cake shop, and a grilled meat restaurant/takeaway. Sao Domingos restaurant is very popular and is just 500m away, also Cabanitas bar that shows a lot of the sports channels! Location wise the house is great and a car is not essential.

The best beaches are close too, just a 25 minute walk or 10 minutes max in the car. Gale Beach, Lourenco and Castelo beaches all have great restaurants too.

Salgados Golf Course is closeby for the golfers!
