One bedroom apartment with a balcony and views to the town of Albufeira. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven, hob, coffee machine, pots and dishes , children dishes and has an outside espace for the clothesline. It also offers guests a bathroom with a walking shower and a Bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a sofa double bed in the sitting room . The apartment comes with sheets, towels and a safe. Accommodates up to 4 adults or couple with 3 children.
The apartament is located close to the Albufeira strip and a 5 minutes walk to the Aveiro’s beach. The Forte the São João beach is just a 10 minute walk away from the Oura beach. The fisherman’s beach is a 10 minutes waking distance from the apartment.

The Faro Airport is located 9 km away from the property or around 45 minutes by taxi. Restaurants, bars and mini supermarkets are only a 2 minutes away from the apartment . The apartment has also air conditioning, wifi and international channels.

Guests can benefit from an outdoor swimming pool and a private parking space.
If you enjoy golf then the nearest golf course is just a short 15 minutes drive from the complex.Public transport is also available in the front of the complex building, as well as taxis and a little train that takes you on a tour around the town of Albufeira .
Entertainment spaces like Aqua Show and Marina the Albufeira are only 15 minutes by taxi.
The train station is located in town of Ferreiras, easily accessible by taxi or bus.

The balcony view was of the parking lot, so not terribly scenic.The kitchen was well set up and had everything we needed.The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom had adequate storage.The only complaint we had was that the living room couch was extremely uncomfortable. In fact I spent the month sitting on the dining room chair to watch TV.Overall, it was an attractive apartment, just like the pictures that are posted.The location was excellent with easy access to public transport, grocery stores and restaurants.

Albufeira vacation

Very nice property with 3 restaurants in the complex. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is it and just a short walk to the Oura strip to enjoy night life, restaurants and bars as well as Oura beach. The complex is very clean and you can enjoy quiet pool side. The host is very quick in answering questions. It was a lovely stay!! Thank you Maria :)

Apartment was clean and spacious and had everything you needed. It’s close to the Strip but quiet so allowed for good sleep. You can walk to the old town in about 30 min or take the tourist train for a few euro. Lovely pool to relax by , just a tad cool water but guess that’s because it’s later in the year . The host Maria was excellent with her communication and always responded quickly to some questions we had . Would stay again if in the Algarve again .

Within walking distance to 3 different beaches and local corner market. The tourist train (local bus) is within walking distance and allows for a tour of the city, with multiple stops along the route. Enjoyed my time there. Good communication w/property owner.

Great location to access New Town yet far enough away from it to not hear the activities through the night. Lovely to have had a balcony and appreciated not overlooking the main road. Nice and quiet at night. Pool was super clean, very apparent how staff were working hard to keep up the property. Host was quick to respond to any questions we may have had, and the unit was equipped with appliances that all worked well. Loved the simple yet effective coffee-maker! Beds were very comfortable. Would not hesistate to book again if we returned to the area.

Ideal location for short break.

Great little apartment 5 minutes from the strip and 15 minutes from the Old Town. The apartment would benefit from better pillows on the bed. A bowl in the kitchen to wash dishes and a plug in the sink in the bathroom to be able to shave trivial bits but makes life easier and more comfortable. As a base for a short stay though the place is ideal with a good sized pool and comfy sun loungers.

Great location, great facilities and amazing host

Initially we did struggle to find the apartment as the pictures can be a little misleading. For any future guests, look for JoJo’s sandwich bar and head into the apartments behind it. The rooms were so clean and the facilities were great and very modern. The sofa bed was easy to put up and very comfy. The location is great as it’s right near the strip and there’s lots of food places nearby. It’s approximately a 10 minute uber to Old Town but ubers are so.cheap we didn’t mind! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot fault the host nor the room one bit!

Great location & Good value

The apartment is 5 minutes walk to the bottom of the strip and the top of the hill to Oura beach. It’s a 20 minute walk to the old town. It is in a quiet relaxing complex with a lovely pool area. Everything is close by. Pleased to see essentials like washing up liquid, a sponge, hand wash, washing powder and salt & pepper. Although the small balcony is in the shade all day there is a terrace area outside the front door which has sun should you wish to relax there. Communication with the host Maria was very good via WhatsApp and calls.
