Belle maison et sa piscine

Un séjour au top en famille et amis, maison bien entretenue avec de belles piÚces. Un jardin extérieur soigné et une piscine parfaite pour petits et grands !!

Maison trĂšs bien placĂ©e au calme. Grande et propre. Quelques soucis Ă©lectriques mĂȘme si le propriĂ©taire a tout essaessayĂ© pour rĂ©parer. SupermarchĂ© et plages proches. Le pressĂ© agrume serait un plus dans une rĂ©gion oĂč les oranges sont si bonnes. Belle piscine chauffĂ©e

The villa was lovely and in a good location for local shops, restaurants, cafes etc and about a 15 min walk from the beach. I feel the host should have advised us the plot next door is being redeveloped and there was constant building noise which unfortunately spoiled our stay. This was not a cheap villa and so i feel we should have been made aware and either offered a discount or the option to choose a different location. Also, despite friendly and welcoming emails giving various contact details, I sent queries to 2 separate email addresses and received no reply. I also messaged the host and his wife on the numbers given prior to our trip and received no reply (although finally someone from the travel agency contacted me), so communication was not as easy as i thought it would be.

Brilliant week in the sun

This place was amazing for a big family holiday. The villa was spotlessly clean and facilities were great. The pool having a shallow end attached to the main pool was great for the toddler in our party, and the main pool was big enough for the rest of the group and also cleaned twice during our stay. There’s a pool table which is well maintained, a great bbq area and a nice dining area perfect for a big group. The bedrooms are all a nice size and bathrooms all have baths and showers. The bunk bed room could do with some curtains to block out the light but again this was a nice size too! The villa is about 5-10 mins from the nearest supermarket and row of restaurants, and maybe 10-15 to the square near the beach, with the beach itself being another 10 minutes further on. We received a welcome pack on arrival which was a nice touch, and felt very safe and secure at the property throughout the course of the week. Check in means you have to stop at the property office and pick up the details from the management company. A little inconvenient, but I understand the need for security and it was really quick, but just something to bear in mind if booking here. Overall a really enjoyable week and we would 100% stay here again. Thanks

Great holiday location

Excellent facilities which helped us settle in for our first family holiday together. Great pool and the kids just loved the pool table. Good bbq meant we could cook and eat slowly. Strongly recommend this part of the Algarve.

What a fantastic time we had as a family staying in this villa. we were a large group of all ages but it was just ideal, exactly as it said in the brochure. Clean, modern, well equipped. the pool was to die for as was the outside space. The only gripe was all of the building work going on around the villa but we didnt let this spoil our trip

Fabulous villa on a quiet road but within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and the beach and only a short journey to Vilamoura and Albufeira. Would definitely recommend!

Family break

Overall a great holiday. Villa did not disappoint overall. Ideal location gardens and pool brilliant. However couple of things that I need to raise. Check in was poor expecting to collect keys from office instead we had to wait outside the villa for at least 15 minutes for the keys to arrive. Disposing of rubbish was a pain would expect bins outside the villa not 400 yards up the road. Finally and know doubt beyond your control but needs to be mentioned in your villas details. The constant music between 10pm and 5am each night. This constant drone was a nuisance and the only thing that would stop me booking the villa again

O luxo fica muito a desejar e nĂŁo corresponde Ă  expectativa criada pela descrição do anĂșncio e respectivo custo. EncontrĂĄmos uns chapĂ©us estragados para sombra na ĂĄrea da piscina. Com discussĂŁo, acabaram por ser substituĂ­dos por uns com um tamanho ridĂ­culo. Os copos eram de plĂĄstico, numa casa dita de luxo. A pessoa de contacto como gestor da propriedade era arrogante e nĂŁo tinha a noção com quem falava. O espaço envolvente tem qualidade e foi o que nos motivou, mas ficĂĄmos decepcionados, por esperĂĄvamos outra qualidade tendo em conta o preço que pagamos.

AmazingFamily Holiday

Villa was kept spotless by the excellent cleaning staff. Any problems were quickly and efficiently resolved by the agents. Beautiful grounds and surroundings and very safe for children. The whole family, which spanned 4 generations, had a marvellous and very memorable holiday.

this was a family holiday for 10. the villa was exactly what we had hoped for. spacious, clean and well positioned. From being picked up at the airport to leaving again, everything went like clockwork. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday. We would definitely book your beautiful villa again.

Family stay

This is a lovely, if rather minimally furnished, villa with a pretty garden. The beds are very hard. The coffee maker is perfectly dreadful and the rather ancient two-slice toaster is inadequate for a villa which sleeps 10. I bought, and left in the villa, wooden spoons, a corkscrew, oven gloves and an apron. Given that checking out is 10am and checking in is 4pm I felt it was unnecessary for the gardener to be strimming and cutting the grass on the last afternoon of our stay. In the twin-bedded room there was a curtain hanging down when we arrived and I could not fix it. The pool is lovely and the pool table was most welcome and well used. As I say, this is a nice villa but needs some attention. However, we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely villa with super pool and garden. Easy walk to some nice restaurants. Some more detailed info on the area in the villa would have been helpful and appliances are rather dated. But this did not spoil a very relaxing stay.

Amazing villa, perfect holiday

We have just come back from a week at this villa. All I can say is that the villa is amazing! It’s massive! Check in was so easy and then they took us to the villa, showed us around and then left us to our holiday. We went for my Dads 70th Birthday and had a range of ages with us with the youngest being 5 and the villa caters for everyone. The place is equipped with everything that you need, every box ticked. Gardner comes in everyday to water grass and check pool, very friendly man. He also took the bin every day which we didn’t expect with having a villa. We came home one day and found the beds all freshly made and clean towels, another positive and unexpected with only staying a week. Location is lovely, down a nice quiet road but still only 5 mins for local shops and restaurants. Suited us down to the ground. We will definitely be staying again, cannot fault it. Thank you so much for giving us an unforgettable holiday.

Amazing villa, in great location perfect for family holidays

Villa is on the outskirts of the town but a 5 minute walk to all the shops, restaurants, supermarket. The road it quiet and residential. Villa itself is spectacular! It's a lot bigger and nicer than the photos show. The swimming pool is a lovely size too, we went at the end of June for one week we paid for pool heating and glad we did as we thought it was still a bit nippy. Only negative is the beds, the mattresses are very hard. We found a lovely beach down a dirt track, turn left just after Pine Cliffs (before piri piri restaurant) go to the end of the road before the bend there's a sand track, you can take a car down there is a car park and restaurant. Lovely beach with rock pools. We had an amazing time at this villa and would definitely look to book this villa again.
