With 5 bedrooms spread across 3 levels, everyone gets their space. The upper floor includes a King room + bunk room. The main level features a King suite w/ foldable crib. Downstairs, you'll find 2 Queen bedrooms steps from the game room. The loft includes a Queen pull-out sofa. 3 full baths ensure smooth mornings.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, a generous amount of cookware, and massive counter space that can serve as a breakfast bar. Also included are a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine (with host-provided Nespresso pods). The pantry cabinets provide plenty of space for groceries and snacks.

LOUNGE SPACES
The cozy living room features a gas fireplace & large smart TV, perfect for movie nights. The basement game room brings the fun w/ space to unwind between adventures and includes a billiards table, a PAC-MAN arcade machine, a multi-video game console, and a Playstation 5 with two controllers. The loft offers extra lounging, children’s toys, a desk, or a quiet reading nook overlooking the main floor.

A car is recommended for exploring local attractions. There’s ample on-site parking (up to 8 vehicles). Roads are paved, but during winter, 4WD is helpful. Rideshare services are available but limited—plan ahead for evening outings or arrivals.

- Pet-Friendly ($100/pet/stay)

- Early check-in available for $50 per hour (kindly ask ahead of time so we can ensure our cleaning crew has the home ready)

- Required Forms: After booking is confirmed, you will receive a direct message that includes a Google Drive link that has a vehicle registration form and rental agreement. The Google Drive has instructions how to fill out and send us these documents. Both documents must be completed and returned at least one week prior to check-in.

- 2 Driveway-facing outdoor security cameras for safety. They record audio and video but are not actively monitored.

- Trash must be brought to local drop-off (2 mins away)

- 8 Amenity Badges for access to the lake and pool (May 24 - Sep 1). All guests age 5 and older must wear a wristband while using these amenities.

- Additional Amenity Wristbands are available for $10 per person, per day.
