Pet-Friendly with Fee: We welcome your furry friends! A pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay applies.

Required Forms: After booking is confirmed, we’ll request your email to send the community vehicle registration form and rental agreement. Both must be completed and returned at least one week prior to check-in.

Security Cameras: For safety, there are two outdoor security cameras facing the driveway. They record audio and video but are not actively monitored.

Trash Policy: The community requires guests to bring their trash to the nearby community dump station, just a few minutes from the house.

Amenity Wristbands: Your stay includes 8 guest wristbands for access to the lake and pool (seasonal). Additional bands are available for $10 per person, per day. All guests age 5 and older must wear a wristband while using these amenities.
