The perfect spot to combine peacefulness with fun. Enjoy the outdoors starting from the backyard, take a hike, or go to the lake for a boat ride. Outdoor seasonal community pool is within minutes, ski slopes with 15 minute drive. Community allows 8 passes for each property to the pool and sandy beach, these are provided complimentary for your stay. No additional passes are sold. The passes are interchangeable. Children 4 and under do not need a pass. Return to a cozy, warm and nicely decorated house, an amazing space where everyone can fit in one spacious living room. You'll be surrounded by nature, with beautiful views of the woods from every window.

You’ll enter the vacation house of your dreams, and will be faced with better than home feeling, because this is the house that will fit all your close friends and family in one big living room, dining room and kitchen area. The newly renovated full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, glass ware and kitchen basics. Sit down and relax by the fireplace. There is a half bath on the main level. On the second floor you have choices between queen and king bedded rooms or the spacious double queen bedroom that also features a sitting area by the window. Laundry room is also located on the second floor as well as two full bathrooms with shower/tub combination.

Great house for two families to hang out in for a long weekend! Well appointed - had everything we needed. Playroom with pool table, darts, etc. was great for the teens in our group. Sitting out on the deck the deer come so close and just sit and bask in the sun - so lovely. Neighborhood is quiet so you can walk and run in the morning without cars, etc. The owners are very attentive and get back to you with any questions in minutes.

Great Family Home in the Poconos

Me and my family go to the Poconos at least once a year. This house was amazing the layout was very nice , area was nice. Pictures were just as shown in the listing so I would definitely recommend. It was very clean and my family which consisted of kids, tennis and adults all loved it.I was very satisfied and loved it!

We did have a good time at this property however there were too many don't attach which we became aware of after booking it. The host was good and was very quick to respond however we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the property the floor was sticky with bugs and residue was stuck to the floor on the main floor. The main floor washroom had a weird smell to make the experience worse we were required to dump the garbage into the dump site, after all, spending so much for your vacation you would not want to go through this hassle.

Weekend Getaway 6.24.22

Place was spacious and clean. Info & pics listed online accurate. Only problem was there was no AC or fan in this house. The temperature was 92 degrees on Sat and house temp went up to 82 and nothing we could do besides suffer. Theres no screen door to the patio so you cannot open it to get air circulation because you will be attacked by mosquitoes or flies. All windows were opened byt not enought and was not suffice. Owner states AC will be installed this week not realizing how hot it was going to be. But for my family its after the fact. Future guests should make sure AC is installed before going.
