OUR SPACE



Bedroom/Bathroom Layout:

With 4 bedrooms plus a pull-out queen sofa couch, we ensure that everyone in your group feels comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone!



Lower Level: The lower level features a garage filled with everything you will need. Our grill lighters, and kindling for our outdoor fire pit. Bug spray, sunblock, beach chairs, outdoor games like corn hole, beach umbrella, beach towels, 2-person kayak, kayak paddles, kayak lifejackets, tennis rackets & tennis balls, we try to provide you with everything for a great time! The first door after the garage is the game room. Our game room is complete with a propane fireplace to cozy up and play one of our many board games, and puzzles at our game table! Or maybe play a game of air hockey. We also have a game console on our TV with over 1,000+ games on it! All of our games are for kids and adults of all ages. There is also a full-size washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets on this level for our guests to feel free to use.



Mid Level: Our kitchen, dining room, living room, full bathroom, and private den are located on this level. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will ever need from spices, pots/pans, utensils, coffee, tea, and so much more! Our dining room table has seating for 6 with 2 additional chair you can pull up to the table. There are also two stools at the kitchen peninsula so you will have plenty of room for 10! Our living room has the property`s second propane fireplace and Roku TV. We have books and more puzzles, the queen pull-out sofa, and the first full bathroom are also on this level! Our private den offers a queen-size futon with a sliding barn door.



Upper Level: We have 3 bedrooms and our second full bathroom on this level. We have two bedrooms with king-size beds and twin beds in each, one bedroom has a desk and chair for a work-from-home space and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed.



Amenities: We have coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, and a large array of spices and condiments in the kitchen along with everything you will need to make a great meal. We have a high chair that converts for many different ages, a baby bath, and a pack and play so families don’t need to lug these things with them! We have a 7-person hot tub with cozy outdoor lighting along with an outdoor fire pit that has seating for 10! Our wrap-around deck is perfect for the warmer months with a patio table and chairs on one side and a conversation set on the other. We also have 2 zero-gravity chairs to relax on! We have a gas 4-burner grill that our guests love to use, propane provided.



Setting:

We are just a 70-second walk from Fishing Lake! In the winter months, you will have lake peek views from our kitchen, dining room, deck, hot tub, and fire pit areas. We do not advertise Lake View because it is not all year round and it is obstructed by trees. However, it’s a great place to take a walk and enjoy our beautiful community!

We aim to provide every single thing you will need for the most comfortable and enjoyable stay possible!



*Gated community - all guests must check in with security at gate with the security guard. Do not use any other gates -they are for owners only.

*Parking for 6 vehicles in driveway - no parking on street is allowed in our community.

*Booking includes 10 amenity badges - which will grant access to the following: 5 lakes, 2 beaches, 2 pools, 2 basketball courts, 1 tennis court, 3 playgrounds. Any lost badges will result in a $20 replacement fee, children under 6 do not require a badge. Please have the badges on you at all times at the amenities--they do check for them!

We provide 1 double kayak for guest use. Our kayak is located at Boulder Lake - we will send you a picture of the exact one after booking. Please remember to lock the kayak up after use - there is a $400 replacement fee if the kayak is stolen from not being properly locked up. There is a $20 kayak lock replacement fee if you lose the key.

Kayak can be used in the lake until 9/30.



We are available at all times via the AirBnb app and live local to the area in event of an emergency.

AWD/4WD highly recommended in the winter months as we are located in the mountains and roads can get very icy.



Guests are required to register with Indian Mountain Lakes, however we will handle that for our guests. You will be required to provide us with the following in order for us to fill out the form for you:

*Name of renter

*Primary mailing address

*Primary phone number

*First and Last name of each additional guest



** Information is due 4 days prior to check in.

**NEW COMMUNITY RULE, if booking 2 days before check-in it is a $75 security rush fee.





Included in our nightly rates is a $62 community fee that we do not get any of the proceeds from, this is strictly for our community to process our guests with security, 24-hour/7-day-a-week community security and to pay for all of the amenities our community provides.
