Have you been curious about what it`s like to stay in a Poconos A-Frame cabin? This is it!

The Astron has two bedrooms, each with a super comfy king sized memory foam bed, a loft room with a very firm pull out sofa bed (king size when pulled out) and a bunk room with two twin size beds.

A-frame kitchens tend to be small but this one is a stunner, with everything you need to whip up a post-track-day meal or a romantic dinner for two.

Besides the gorgeous views, the living room offers TV for streaming, an Xbox, Marshall bluetooth speaker, and table games. BYO engaging conversations. Each bedroom contains a TV and Marshall speaker as well.

Enjoy the lake view from the front deck, or bring your fishing license and pole if you`re an angler. Back at the house, head out back to enjoy the hot tub and firepit (firewood is not guaranteed), lit by starlight (and market lights, of course).

The home is filled with massive windows, allowing sunlight and nature to pour inside. Beautiful views surround the home, including the lake view directly in front of the house. Note that most windows are triangular shaped, therefore have no coverings. If you are seeking utmost privacy and darkness, this is not the cabin for you.

The tippy-top of the Astron is a vibey nook we call the Mile High room. It`s a place to chill out, read, ponder the universe, etc. It is accessible by a ladder that pulls out when in use, and scoots up against the wall when not in use. We do not recommend this space be used by children for safety reasons and we ask that you use caution at all times when using this space.

This ain`t your average Poconos cabin. We have curated a design-forward, tiny home-esque stay with luxury bedding, linens, and furniture. The decor leans into cars and racing culture, a nod to our close neighbor, Pocono Raceway. While tasteful, some decor may be considered racy (no pun intended). If you are sensitive to adult-themed decor, you may want to message for more information before booking your stay here.

The universe is huge but the Astron is compact! The cabin is about 1500 sq ft. While we can host 6-8 people, to have that many people (especially all adults) would be tight. There is no closet space and the upstairs bathroom is a wet room- the shower stall and the rest of the bathroom are one and the same. Please keep that in mind as you consider booking here.

**Please note that Indian Mountain Lakes HOA has recently established a wristband policy to use the community amenities for a fee of $10 per guest for guests over 5 years old. The community amenities include the pools, lakes, playgrounds and sports courts. Amenity wristbands can be purchased in advance by including the number of wristbands you would like in your messages. You can also purchase them during your stay at various places within the community.

Linens- bedding + towels
Toiletries- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion
Stocked Kitchen- plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses eating utensils, cooking utensils, pots and pans, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, toaster
Propane- for the grill
Coffee Bar- coffee (ground and pods), creamer, sugar
Cleaning supplies- disinfecting wipes, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent pods, laundry detergent pods, broom, vacuum, swiffer mop
Paper goods- toilet paper + paper towels (we provide a few rolls of each, but you may need to refresh if you use a lot or are staying for several days)

Please Bring:

Groceries- we do not keep anything with an expiration date, even cooking oil (sometimes people do leave it behind, but we do not guarantee it)
Aluminum foil- again, it may be there but we do not stock it
Firewood- there is often firewood, but not guaranteed. There area many places nearby to purchase

Terraflame Fireplace Cans: the house will be equipped with 3 cans for the indoor fireplace. Each can burns for approximately 3 hours. If you would like to request additional cans for a fee of $10 per can, please let us know at least one week in advance.

Please be sure to read through the house rules before booking. You will be asked to fill out our rental form, attest to house rules, and provide copy of drivers license upon booking.

By booking this home, you agree to the below rules, and all rules stated in the listing. Upon booking, you will receive a rental form that must be filled out and returned within 24 hours of confirming your reservation. You agree to provide a photo ID, that you are at least 25 years of age, and that you agree to provide the names and ages of all guests you are traveling with.

~No Parties or Events- due to Airbnb`s anti-party policy, we have anti-party technology in place to prevent parties. Only registered guests are allowed at the property.

~No Smoking in the house or the garage. Smoking is only permitted outdoors and please use receptacle provided for cigarette butts; do not throw them in the yard. Any excess yard cleanup due to cigarette butts will be subject to cleanup fees.

~Quiet Time- please keep noise level low or go indoors before 10PM. We are located in a quiet neighborhood of locals and we respect their peace.

~Wildlife- you will surely see many types of wildlife during your stay. Please keep your distance and give them respect. Do not feed animals! Feeding them is not good for their health and can be dangerous for you. Keep doors and windows closed when not in use to prevent the wildlife from coming indoors. Please ensure garbage is never left outdoors as wildlife will rummage through it and make a mess.

~Tampering with security devices is cause for termination of your stay.

~Hot tub- Please rinse off before entering the hot tub. Beauty products such as lotions and soaps can cause build up that requires additional cleaning. Please keep the cover on the hot tub when not in use, which keeps it at the desired temperature and clean. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay (e.g. drain and refill), additional fees will be assessed.

~You must be at least 25 years old to book this home. You will be asked to provide a copy of your drivers license or identification shortly after booking.
