Disappointed

The house was ok but it was definitely not ready for renters. First thing is there was no toilet paper on the roll when we got there. When you rent out your home there should be toilet paper available. All three outdoor decks or patio areas were filthy and the grill was not usable. My brother who lives close by had to come over with a leaf blower to help clean off the decks and screened in porch just so we could use them. The pool table was missing a ball and only one of the video games worked. We rent in Towamensing Trails often but we were very disappointed this time. The host did not respond when we messaged him.

False advertisement

We got there to a dirty house with cob Webs all over the outside areas. We couldn't use the big bbq it was too dirty and we couldn't eat on the deck. The outside hanging bed area was also very dirty with cobwebs and a hornets nest. Game room i was very excited for only had one working game. The pin pad wouldn't lock correctly to lock doors. The toilet on middle floor was so loose and the host took very long to respond to my concerns and didnt resolve anything just asked for pictures of dirty areas stating they had cleaning person when clearly noone had been there since last season. The pictures on site are not recent.

Perfect getaway for my a larger group

This property exceeded my expectations from the time of booking until the time we left. Ryan has been extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. The home is 5 min away from the lake and close to highways. It was very clean and homey and spacious enough for the 10 of us and we'll definitely return in the future. Thanks for sharing your home with us Ryan!

Nice relaxing weekend away

We had a great time..we love the bed on the porch. It was so relaxing we all took naps out there. A few minor things need maintenance in the house...upstairs bathroom sink plug was broken..one of the games didn't work. Nothing that ruined our experience. Plenty of space in the rooms and loved the layout so multiple family's can stay together and have space. Location was perfect for what we wanted. We woukd totally rent again!

Amazing Property & Superb Host

I came here with a group of friends for a paintball weekend and was not at all disappointed! We are longtime renters in the neighborhood and while most of our experiences are good, there unfortunately have been some bad. This experience was not just good but great! The location and price were exactly where they needed to be for us. The communication from the hosts was amazing. Ease of entry beat anything I've experienced. The amenities were spot on (including a lovely welcome basket with snacks!). Parking space was massive. The number of beds was perfect. Plenty of patio space to hangout. Plus the game room met everyone's needs. Before we even checked out, we decided we would rent this property again!

Relaxing weekend!

We needed a get away from a busy summer and our weekend was delightful. The house has a great set up for multiple families and the outside decks are delightful. We were close the the pool, lake which made for easy access. We were also happy to find we were close to other parks to explore. Our only recommendation would be for some additional upfront information about the process for entering the property and getting the parking tags. It was all easy in the end but we were a little confused initially. All in all, I would recommend for anyone looking for some quiet time away.

Great place to stay in Poconos

Went to the Poconos for a long weekend with 5 teen girls and it was the perfect location for everything. The house was huge and had everything we needed. The kids loved the game room and everyone loved the porch swing. It was only an 8 minute walk to the lake and clubhouse. We would love to stay again.

It was good. Property was nice and private. Beds were very uncomfortable, grill was filthy, we did not use it. Some of windows were broken, could not open. But overall we did enjoy our stay. Kids loved the game room.

Great relaxing mini-vacation

We stayed there for two nights for a mini-vacation and really enjoyed our time there. There was plenty of space for our group of 8 kids and 4 adults. The kids especially loved the video games in the basement and the adults enjoyed the hammock/bed on the screened in porch. It takes about 5 mins to walk the .3 miles to the beach area and the kids spent a bunch of time running in and out of the water. They also enjoyed the playground there. It is easy to reach the hosts and they got back to us quickly with updates and any questions we had. We would definitely go and stay there again.

Amazing home for family vacation!

We just got back from Memorial Day vacation and we had the best stay. The game room entertained the teenagers, there were more than enough beds and space for everyone and we were a short drive or walk to the community center and private beach/pool. Would definitely recommend
