The space
OTR Apartment is the ideal solution for families with children or couples of friends, being equipped with 2 rooms, both with a double double bed (160 cm x 190 cm ) .
To access the facility, located on the second floor of the building, you only need to climb 3/4 steps.
As soon as you cross the threshold, looking to your right, you will be captured by the furniture and design elements included in the living room; embellished by a dining area with a large table for 6 people, a spacious sofa, a 50'' smart TV and free Wifi service.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 On your left, you will find a kitchen equipped with everything you need to meet the needs of every type of traveler.
At the guest's disposal will be: gas stove top, full supply of dishes, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, glasses, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer and Nespresso coffee machine.
Proceeding through a small hallway, you will find the first bedroom, equipped with: a double bed for 2 people, a spacious closet for storing your belongings, and a small sitting area with a small table and rocking chair.
In the front door, you will find the second bedroom, embellished with: a two-door closet, a selection of paintings and some design objects and finally a private outdoor area with a washing machine, small tables and chairs.
The bathroom has a shower, complete sanitary ware, hand soap and towels of various sizes (shower towel, face towel, guest towel).
Given its very central location, it is ideal as a starting point for discovering the city on foot or experiencing Alba's night "movida."
