Ideal for smaller groups and couples, Villa Belvedere has two modern bedrooms, both with double beds, air conditioning and patio doors, giving you direct access to the panoramic terrace. Imagine waking up and enjoying a morning coffee with gorgeous sea views. Watch the boats bob along the horizon as the day starts and the waves lap in the distance. Back inside, the cosy living room is flooded with natural light and open-plan to the kitchen area. If you wanted a spot of shade, there's also a smart TV for your own entertainment. No doubt, the terrace is where you'll spend most of your time though, soaking up the rays in style with a homemade cocktail or two. Fire up the BBQ for a spot of lunch, best eaten alfresco and made with delicious fresh produce from the nearby supermarket.

To access the villa there is a path which is 220cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 135cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There are small lips over the patio doors, and 1 step from the covered area to the poolside. From one of the bedrooms, there is access to the terrace with no steps. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
