Dimora Mareblu is a refined apartment located a few steps from the famous seaside promenade, with a wonderful view of the sea, the bathing establishments and Piazza dei Partigiani, where events and concerts are often held on summer evenings. The spacious and bright interiors offer a modern and essential environment, cared for with great attention to detail and comfort. We are in the heart of Alassio, one of the most renowned places on the Riviera delle Palme, famous for its long sandy beaches, for its mild climate all year round and for the legendary Wall of Alassio, an artistic installation created in the 1950s on Corso Dante thanks to the inspiration of Ernest Hemingway and the painter Mario Berrino. The coastline extends for almost four kilometers along the coast, while behind it are the rolling hills of the hinterland and peaks such as Monte Bignone, an exceptional panoramic point from which to admire the most suggestive sunsets. Offshore, near Gallinara Island, it is possible to spot dolphins, whales and sometimes even whales, in the heart of the famous Cetacean Sanctuary.

The apartment is located on the third floor of an elegant building, easily accessible by elevator after a short flight of eight steps. Arranged on one level, it has an entrance that leads to a large open space with open kitchen, dining area and living area, both overlooking and direct access to the covered terrace, furnished with a living room to enjoy the sea breeze at any time of the day. A long hallway with built-in wardrobe connects the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower.
