Enjoy a truly western-style condo close to the Rio Grande! But this one is special, because not only can you take in wide views of the valley and mountains on the deck, but you'll also be right alongside the Rio Grande Club & Resort golf course. Make up snacks in the full kitchen while watching the golfers tee off - there's plenty of room with a horseshoe-shaped counter, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and a table-style kitchen island. The gas fireplace in the living room will come in handy during cold days. The main bedroom (with its gorgeous en suite bathroom featuring double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub) has its own sliding door connection to the deck. Head up the log-railing stairs to enjoy the lounge, set up with plenty of plush seating and a balcony with a scenic view. The poker table (with coasters) is perfect for late-night card games, and someone who needs to finish remote work can take it over during the day. Just set your gloves and socks to go in the private washer/dryer and relax. You're never far from the mountains around here.

What's nearby:
Guests won't have a hard time finding fun activities (especially if fishing is your go-to for fun). You'll be less than three miles from the town of South Fork, so you're never far from a tasty restaurant or oxygen bar. If you're visiting during winter, you can enjoy Wolf Creek Ski Lodge just under three miles away.

The location is peaceful with a beautiful view of the golf course. We enjoyed watching the neighbors’ hummingbirds. The primary bedroom located downstairs was very convenient, & the kitchen was stocked with essentials. Having a full-size washer & dryer, a garage with an opener, & a working gas fireplace were all nice touches.That said, the property could use more thorough maintenance & cleaning. Most of the towels were stained, one pillowcase even had blood stains, & the carpet showed noticeable wear. We also found food under the couch & dirty dishes in the cabinets. The patio door screens were torn and difficult to use—an issue since the house doesn’t have A/C. Several windows were either very hard to open/close or missing knobs altogether. A chair in the living room had toothpaste on it.The TVs didn’t work properly (even after changing the batteries), & the internet connection was so unreliable it wasn’t usable for streaming or working remotely. At checkout, guests are asked to run the dishwasher & laundry, but no soap was provided.Other issues included visible water leaks in both the primary bathroom & an upstairs bedroom, a shower door that had been forced the wrong direction (which we corrected), & a jammed backup lockbox (now fixed). Additionally, the downstairs furniture was very uncomfortable.Overall: The quiet setting & golf course views were definite highlights, but the home needs better upkeep & attention to cleanliness to provide a more comfortable stay.

The condo is in an excellent location on the golf course and has a great layout. The neighbors were mostly year round people and one was extremely rude to us as soon as we drove up about our ATV trailer. He came out and yelled at us for having one. We saw a trailer at another unit down the block so that was really rude. The other neighbors were nice. The furniture is a little worn out and the beds were not the most comfortable. It was clean and roomy though and a nice condo complex. The property management is through Vacasa and it's really just a chat bot you text with if you have questions. We didn't have many so it was fine.

Great property

I know everyone has a different experience, but ours was great. The property was beautiful and the town was nice. I was able to get work done and enjoy the view while the kids played. Vacasa was responsive when we had questions usually within a few hours. If it was urgent we could call. We would stay here again.

The property was accurately described; spacious, great location. We enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. The 2 living rooms were great, well furnished. We had an issue with the TV’s, as we weren’t familiar with streaming. One call to the property manager and we were fine. All of the bedrooms were spacious, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, in the bathrooms. We were disappointed that the furniture was very dusty. The side of the condo, by the front door was covered with spider webs, which was quite gross. We discussed this with the property manager. If we were guaranteed these issues were taken care of, we would stay here again.

Had a great stay as we went to Creede and took in 3 magnificent plays at Creede Repertory Theater. Condo was new (ish), clean and comfortable. Ample space and on lovely golf course grounds!

Beautiful property

This was a great property especially for the price. Very roomy for a bigger group. Our only complaint was it advertises 2 queens in the upstairs bedrooms and they were very small, more like full size. But other than that we loved the place and would definitely rent again.

No water and no help

The condo was great and was just as advertised. Unfortunately, the water went out for the whole area and the management did nothing to help us. We had to purchase water bottles to flush the toilets and make coffee two days in a row and could not shower. The outage was not the fault of the property but in my opinion, the management should have brought bottled water to us and/or should have given us a price concession.

Great home for a family

We love the property and the neighborhood; highly recommended for a family, space for all to feel comfortable. Close to the areas we wanted to see. Recommendation for the owners: mattresses need to be changed.

2 good things about this property- location and how large and roomy it was. Long story short- not super clean, dishwasher was broken and we had 6 adults and 2 infants, fixtures in bathroom and kitchen leaked and would fall off wall, no trash bags, no extra pillows and blankets. Property management did respond fast on phone- but no dishwasher for 3 days was terrible

OMG Y’all!!! This home is perfection! Tons of space and well equipped! I cannot say enough about this property being the exception! Beds are comfy! Oh and the tile in the master bath is heated! Plenty of seating! We cooked dinner every night and enjoyed sitting at the table! We played Phase 10 and dominoes every night as well! We will return!
