BEDROOM:
Each of the 4 bedrooms is thoughtfully decorated with plush bedding, ample storage, and charming touches — designed with relaxation in mind. There are 3 full bathrooms in the house.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with modern appliances and all the essentials for group cooking, cocktails, or late-night snacks.

DINING:
Gather around the large dining table for meals, laughs, and unforgettable moments.

LIVING:
Lounge in the comfortable living room with plenty of seating — perfect for movie nights or morning coffee chats.

GAME ROOM: Step into a one-of-a-kind game room, a true gamer`s paradise. Challenge your group to a game of pool, rack up high scores on the classic arcade games, or strategize and pick your favorite board games

INDOOR POOL
Your private indoor heated pool awaits! Lounge on the deck and take a refreshing dip in the private pool (3-8 ft deep, open all year). Pool is open all year round. Pool cleaning is performed regularly each week.

NOTES
- Parking: House comes with 4-5 car driveway parking.
- 10 pm - 8 am are strictly quiet hours. Loud music/noise/events strictly not permitted.
- Keypad entry for flexible check-in
- If you are bringing along a dog, we thought of letting you know that dog poop needs to be bagged and disposed from the front/back yard

AREA: We are located close to the below attractions:
- White Sands National Park–~20 min minute: one of the world`s great natural wonders—a stunning landscape of wave-like gypsum dunes
- McGinn`s PistachioLand (Home of the `World`s Largest Pistachio`) – 15 minutes: This family-owned farm offers tours of the pistachio and grape vineyards
- New Mexico Museum of Space History – 6 minutes- This museum overlooks the entire Tularosa Basin and is packed with amazing exhibits on the history of space exploration

SECURITY: We do have video surveillance of the front door & driveway which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

PETS:
We are a pet friendly home, so feel free to bring over your furry friends during your stay.
- Up to 2 pets allowed ($100 fee per stay). Approval needed for more, with extra fees.
- Keep pets leashed while walking in the neighborhood.
- ⁠No unattended pets
- No pets on furniture (sofas, beds, etc).
- ⁠Clean up after them inside and outside
- Prevent excessive barking or noise.
While $100 pet fee covers extra cleaning, additional charges apply for uncollected pet waste, soiled linens, or damaged furniture. Thanks for keeping our space pet-friendly for all!

SMOKING/DRUGS POLICY This is no smoking and no drug use house. Use of such is strictly prohibited inside or outside on premises. $500 fee for evidence of smoking or drug use plus additional cleaning fees apply.

The nightly rates are reflective of minimum guest booking with no pets. We request you to add the exact count of guests, children and pets at the time of reservation for the nightly rates to be accurately reflected for any additional charges.

While you`re here to enjoy the desert vibes, we also want to make you aware of the local wildlife that calls this area home. We`ve seen birds, mice, spiders, skunks and other critters at the property. Although we have not seen them at the property, there are also snakes in the nearby trails, be careful while exploring and have fun!
