The Space:
Discover tranquility at our charming 1920s home near historic downtown Alachua, FL (15 MI from Ginnie Springs and UF). Experience the idyllic charm of the countryside while still being conveniently located near Alachua's city center and freshwater springs. Unwind in the peacefulness or take a short stroll to explore the vibrant downtown area. This space offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal getaway for those seeking relaxation and proximity to local attractions!

This newly-renovated, concept-designed home features 3 bright King Bed Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. You'll also find a pullout sofa and additional sofa sleeper for the kids! With 5 beds, the home can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in total. Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep.

We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house.

📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

🧹 Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself
🗑️ Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful. Trash days are on Tuesdays, if your stay falls that day we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb
🔧 Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should

Cancellation Fees:
All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
