Nikte 1A is a beautiful garden view ground floor studio in Half Moon Bay’s newest luxury condos with a beachfront pool. This unit has an open floor layout with a fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed, twin trundle, a twin bunk and entertainment unit.

This studio has its own independent entrance and a lock off door connecting to a gorgeous 2 bedroom beachfront condo allowing this unit to be used as a 3 bedroom vacation rental.

Only a short stroll on the beach to some of the best beachfront restaurants nearby or walk down Akumal road to Yal-ku Lagoon, Akumal Bay, and downtown Akumal for more dining options, stores, dive shops and fun for everyone during their stay.

Excellent Accomodations

We enjoyed our stay in the Studio Unit. The only negative with this unit is it is a shared unit, with main two bedrooms Condo. So you get the hear your neighbors.

There’s no ocean view from inside but the beach is literally steps away from the front door. A great place to stay if you’re traveling on a budget and Akumal Direct did a great job making sure everything was OK. When we had a brief issue with the WiFi they had it resolved in less than 20 minutes!!!

There was a problem with the bathroom faucet when we moved in, which were promptly dealt with by Scott, the property manager, who was great. Lounging out in front of the property watching ocean was wonderful. There is a convenience store across the street that was very handy and several restaurants within easy walking distance, La Jungla was great for breakfast and La Buena Vida for dinner. Had a great stay and would recommend.

The kitchen & bathroom were functional but needed a working microwave & new shower head. The unit can be noisy, you can hear both the upstairs & next door neighbour’s TV. The main bed was harder than I liked, the other 2 beds are suitable for children. The pool & beach are fantastic, location is perfect!

Wonderful Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 5 nights for our vacation. It was the perfect space for us (three friends). The kitchen had what we needed, the beds were comfy, the area was quiet, the little outdoor area was nice for our morning tea. The pool was great and we loved lounging and reading on the beach. There was a ton of seaweed so we couldn’t enjoy the ocean as much. Easy walking distance to everything in the area. We walked into town, to the lagoon, and there was a restaurant very close if we didn’t feel like walking all the way to town. It was perfect! Also, the management company was easy to communicate with and was so helpful. If we needed anything while we were there it was no problem to get help. We needed more water, and it was in our place before we got back.
