It was exactly as described. The place was nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was nice and we enjoyed the little town. My only complaint was all the seaweed. It was in large piles all over the beach which made the beach in front of the place pretty useless.

Perfect stay. Location is ideal, walking distance to Akumal or to Yal-Ku, very near a couple of good restaurants. Beach is quiet with easy snorkel access. Third-floor is very nice and private, we rarely heard any other tenants. View is spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the balcony taking in the view. Wifi, tv and everything in the kitchen worked great. Shower had good pressure. Furniture was all comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. Communication with the host, building manager and housekeeping was all warm and friendly. They had no issue coordinating grocery delivery so it was there when we arrived. We stayed for the first week of March. The beach had some sargassum, which varied a lot depending on wind. Quite a bit more to the north of us and very little to the south. Workers came to clear it daily. I appreciated being on the third floor as I think it would reduce any smell. (We don’t notice any odor at the property, but there was a smell to the north.) We loved the place and are already discussing when we can return.

Exactly as advertised. Quiet, tranquil, and an easy walk to restaurants, cafes and groceries. Staff was nice, water was great, snorkeling on point. A nice little weekend escape. Perfect 1 bedroom for a couple.

Perfect condo and location

The condo was fantastic. Lots of space and being on the ground floor was so convenient for being at the pool. The grounds were well maintained and the infinity pool was awesome. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Top floor condo with incredible views

We only got to stay for four days, but totally relaxing. Great to wake up and look out at the water and see the colors of the sea. The condo is really cute and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks so much to the staff and Gina!

Very clean, well appointed, great staff on site and excellent communication from Gina. We loved the view and hearing the waves and birds sing. *buy fruit to share with the wildlife they loved bananas even the fish!

Beautiful quiet and relaxing.

We loved the condo we stayed in. It’s in a protected section right on the bay. The breeze from the gulf was constant and the beauty outstanding. Our host has nice taste in the appointments. The condo was comfortable and everything we needed had been thought of. The staff was friendly and eager to assist. The pool was used daily. No insects, restaurants were nearby and incredible. Only issue was the beach is rocky and not easily waded in. There however nearby beaches was sandy swimmable beach outside Akumal maybe 20 minutes. Very fun. Highly recommend!

Quiet and quaint

Wonderful views and very well kept property. Kitchen has everything needed for any meal prep. Take advantage of the local farmers markets. Half moon bay has great snorkeling as long as the wind isn't out of the east. Make sure to cover the drain in the shower as there isn't a trap and sewer gas comes out of it when the wind is blowing.

Wonderful stay

This is our second time booking this rental and we will try to make this a yearly trip because it is just so amazing. It’s a beautiful condo with a stunning view. Great restaurants and things to do all within walking distance.

Great Location, Comfy and Close to Everything

I have been coming to Quintana Roo for 20+ years, staying in various locations in Akumal and Tulum. I love this property! It is a smaller community, quiet, and close to great restaurants. We enjoyed exploring the area during the day, and taking a dip in the pool in the evenings. Our favorite event was sitting on the back deck, both morning and night, looking out over the water. Pure bliss! The unit was well appointed and our maid left it spotless for us each day. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Pros -Excellent location, we stayed here February 27 - March 13, 2023 on the 3rd floor Large TV, Great Space, Fantastic Ocean View, Large Fridge, well supplied dishes & pots & pans. Loved the fresh supply of drinking water c/w hot and cold dispenser Cons - Bed needs to be replaced very bad dips on both side. Thank you Gina we would definitely recommend staying here

Great 1BR condo on the beach

Loved my stay here. Beautiful view of HalfMoon Bay in the sleepy town of Akumal The owner, Gina, is great. Responds to questions quickly. Very nice 3rd floor condo with balcony, kitchen, living room, bedroom. Comfortable & complete in this small, clean complex with a pool. 20 min. walk to town. A couple of very good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this owner and the condo. Great stay..

Perfect getaway!

The condo was perfect for my wife and I to escape the Michigan winter for a week. We loved the fact that so many places are within walking distance from the condo. Plenty to do between relaxing by the pool or beach, to snorkeling in the bay. Sea weed was a bit of a surprise, but that was a problem no matter where we went including all the beaches in Tulum. Overall it was a great stay.
