This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.
The master bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom, providing a private retreat. The second bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed and is perfect for additional guests or children.
The open-concept main floor includes a welcoming living room, a dining area that seats four, and a modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals.
The living space is bright and inviting, with a stylish décor that makes it easy to unwind. Additional half-bath on the main floor adds to the convenience.
Guests have full access to the living room, dining area, kitchen, and both bedrooms, making it an ideal space for a comfortable stay. Youâll also have access to a washer and dryer, making laundry simple for longer visits. You won't share any space within the house.
Please note that guests are not permitted to pick up any packages delivered to the mailbox.
Garage and driveway parking are available for guest use (up to 2 cars).

Strict Non-Smoking and No Party Policy: Our home is strictly non-smoking and not suitable for parties. A significant fine of $5,000 will be imposed for any violations of these policies to ensure the upkeep and quality of your stay.
Wi-Fi: You'll find the Wi-Fi name and password on the router located in the living room. If you have any issues connecting, try turning the router off and on again.
Heating/Cooling: The thermostat is located in the living room area. Adjust the temperature to suit your comfort. Please remember to turn it off when you go out for the day to conserve energy.
Kitchen Appliances: Instructions for using the oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and other appliances are in the top drawer next to the refrigerator.
Mail: Please do not order any items to the mailbox as we do not have access to this and will not be able to retrieve any packages delivered there for you.
