There are 2 living areas the first is where you can enjoy a movie or perhaps the latest sporting event on the Smart TV while the second has been designed in a relaxed style, ideal for reading a book, enjoying a glass of wine, or chilling out with family and friends and all with those amazing views overlooking the beautiful ocean and Hayman Island beyond.

The large balcony from the main living area offers alfresco dining and a BBQ where you enjoy the sunsets and gentle sea breeze.
There is 1 bedroom off the main living area ideal for 2 smaller children with it’s own bathroom and desk area.

Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms. The large master bedroom has an ensuite, while the 2 rear double bedrooms have a balcony giving the same amazing views out to the ocean. What better way to start you day than waking up and stepping out onto your very own balcony for breakfast or champagne.

The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made into a king should it be required.

All bedrooms lead out from a leisure area with smart TV and comfy sofas while on this same level there is the main bathroom with a large freestanding bath and separate double rain shower.

A large private deck area to the rear of the property is where you will find the sunken spa and seating to enjoy those balmy evenings relaxing with friends, family or just the two of you!
