This luxurious 5 bedroom 3 bathroom Airlie Beach Holiday Home is situation just one street back from the main street of Airlie Beach. You will be so close to all the Airlie Beach action that you will not even need a car. Airlie Bay View is a brand new home with designer furnishing throughout. This home is stylish, contemporary living at its best and a stay here will ensure an unforgettable holiday experience for the whole family.

This magnificent home is spread over two levels; on the upper level there are 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, the master with walk in robe and ensuite. Also on this level is your master design fully equipped kitchen complete with Nespresso Coffee Machine, the latest SMEG appliances and butlers pantry. From the kitchen, the clever design of the home seamlessly flows through to the a spacious combined lounge and dining area with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors that lead out to the spacious tiled deck area which runs the complete length of the front of the home. Here you you will find the large gas BBQ, outdoor dining setting and lounge chair making it the perfect place for afternoon and pre dinner drinks and alfresco dining with family and friends while enjoying the uninterrupted ocean views and the Whitsunday Islands beyond.

The lower level of this home showcases a large 5th bedroom with its own private lounge area and ensuite. This level also has a secure undercover double lockup garage.

Soak up the sunshine on the back deck or jump into your own private sparkling blue swimming pool to cool off after a day out exploring the Whitsunday Islands.

The home also boasts an office nook all set up with WiFi should you need to work, is fully air conditioned throughout and has beautifully manicured lawns.

Just add some of our In-House Catering Services and a Massage Therapist and you have landed in paradise!

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

Stunning Property

I stayed at this property with extended family and we all loved it! The house was stunning, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our week's stay. Communication was fantastic from check-in to check out. The property is exactly how it was listed. The location was perfect for us with walking distance to the heart of Airlie. I would highly recommend this property and we will look at re-booking again on our next visit to Airlie Beach.

Easy walk a few blocks to get to restaurants, groceries and gelato! Nice pool at the house but also a lovely public pool only a couple of blocks away that would keep kids busy all day. We enjoyed a snorkel trip to the outer reef and a wonderful scenic flight to get beautiful pictures.
