On the ground floor you are greeted with a spacious open plan living area which is complimented by a modern kitchen featuring stone bench tops and stainless steel appliances, two generous bedrooms, with ensuites and built in robes and a spacious laundry. The property has been recently upgraded with a newly built pool and gazebo, bringing a luxurious and relaxing ambiance that truly makes this house feel like home.

The first floor features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, large open plan living and family room, modern kitchen with stone bench tops and quality appliances. The family room adjoins the large deck through stunning bi-fold doors capturing the fresh air of Airlie beach with stunning views of the ocean, marina and the Whitsunday Islands beyond.. The spacious master bedroom includes ensuite with bath and walk in robe with direct access to the deck.

Great location (although climb was tough on hot days). House worked well for our family group and pool was great. Had a few minor issues which were efficiently dealt with by the agents.

Property was perfect for us. Good location and amazing views. Only downsides were the slightly weird layout with no internal access between floors. The outdoor setting could do with an umbrella as it was in direct sun all day.

The levels have 2 bedrooms on each and completely seperate so after days spent on a day tour or swimming at Boathaven beach or the lagoon it was nice for the teens to retreat downstairs while us parents with the younger in the fam could enjoy the quiet upstairs. The town is walking distance, but as a large family we did have hire cars to make it an easier drive to the nearby marinas, and the house is located on top of a short hill climb. The house was amazing tho for our family stay!!! From the pool to the appliances, theres a blender, which was a first ive come across. We didnt use the barbeques but if u wanted to, the entertaining areas are gorgeous really n comfy. we would definitely choose this home to stay again for location and the overall comfortable vibes of the house!!

The entire property including furniture and soft furnishings are brand new with beautiful Nick Scali furniture. 2 x kitchens & living rooms so plenty of space. Photos online have not yet been updated. The only downside was the swimming pool was not finished for our arrival. Not to worry as we will definitely be back.
