The home is spread over 2 levels, with an abundance of space, it`s ideal for multiple families to get together. Enjoy the indoor heated pool all year round, pool table and toasty wood fired heater. Wander around the garden paths & explore, hang upside down on the monkey bars, read a book quietly in the pergola or play a game with your family/grandchildren.

Guests have access to everything available at the home - however the garage is locked

IMPORTANT: We are in a quiet residential area and have very strict quiet hours and pool hours rules (9am till 8pm). Any noise during quiet hours needs to be no greater than quiet conversational level. Our neighbours will not tolerate any late night or early morning noise and will call me at anytime of the day or night.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be realised 7 days after check-out.
