Walk Through The Home With Us

Drive up the gravel driveway and make yourself at home—there’s ample space to park at least three vehicles right out the front. This welcoming two-storey home is perfect for families or groups, offering generous indoor and outdoor spaces, modern comforts, and a relaxed coastal vibe throughout.



As you step inside on the lower level, let’s begin by heading upstairs where the heart of the home awaits. Climbing the stairs, you’ll immediately notice the high ceilings and natural light that fills the space, creating a bright, airy atmosphere. At the top of the stairs, you’ll find yourself in the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area—a lively central hub that invites connection and comfort.

A standout feature in the middle of the room is the large pool table—perfect for casual games and a bit of friendly competition. To the right of the table sits the dining area, where six can comfortably gather around the table for meals or a night of board games. Just beyond the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need for a seamless stay, whether you're cooking up a quick breakfast or a full dinner. You’ll find a fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a Delonghi coffee pod machine - Please bring Nespresso pods along as we do not supply them.



Slide open the doors off the dining space to step out onto the balcony, where an outdoor dining table and BBQ offer the perfect setting for alfresco meals. From here, you can catch glimpses of the ocean peeking through the trees—a gentle reminder that you're just moments from the coastline. It’s a peaceful and grounding view that enhances the home's laid-back, beachside atmosphere.



Back inside and past the pool table, the main living area invites you to unwind. This cosy lounge is slightly tucked away, creating a quiet retreat for movie nights, reading, or simply relaxing by the indoor fireplace. Comfortable sofas surround a large TV, and the room is fitted with split system heating and cooling to keep you comfortable all year round. For your convenience, there’s also a separate toilet and vanity upstairs.



Head downstairs to discover the sleeping quarters, main bathroom, laundry, and access to the backyard. The master bedroom is located at the front of the house and features a queen-size bed, generous walk-in robe, a portable heater, and a private ensuite with a shower, vanity, and toilet—ideal for a bit of privacy and comfort.



The second bedroom is designed with kids in mind. Accessed through the laundry, this fun and functional space includes two sets of bunk beds and an extra single bed, along with a TV, games, and a roomy layout perfect for playing or relaxing. It’s also fitted with a split system to keep the temperature just right.



Bedrooms three and four are located at the back of the house and are similarly styled. Both include queen-size beds, built-in robes, and ceiling fans for summer comfort. One of the rooms also includes a portable heater, perfect for the cooler months.



Centrally located between all the bedrooms is the main bathroom, which includes a shower, bath, vanity, and toilet—ideal for shared use. There’s also an additional separate toilet off the hallway, adding further convenience for larger groups.



The laundry, also positioned off the main corridor, is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, vacuum, and other handy cleaning items. Whether you're here for a few days or a few weeks, you’ll have everything you need to settle in and feel at home.



Step outside through the sliding doors in Bedroom 2 to access the backyard, where you’ll find more outdoor seating and plenty of space to relax or watch the kids play. The yard has a mix of sunny and shady spots to enjoy throughout the day. And for winter guests, there’s a wood shed located near the driveway, stocked and ready to keep the fireplace burning and the evenings warm.



This home offers the perfect mix of space, comfort, and casual charm, making it an ideal choice for coastal getaways with family or friends. There are some great beaches to explore in Aireys and of course Painkalac Creek if you're wanting to paddle board, kayak or fish.
