- separate TV rumpus room
- bathroom
- laundry
- 1 x bedroom with bunk bed - double at the bottom (this room is off the rumpus room)

Upper level
- 1 x queen room
- 1 x double room
- 1 x bunk room (double at the bottom)
- 1 x family bathroom

Pool House
- 1 x sofa bed (BYO linen for this sofa bed)
- 1 x TV
- Children's cubby in the garden

***Please note that all linen and towels are included, NO POOL TOWELS HOWEVER ***

Guests have access to the entire home.

No garage access.

Locked cupboard for cleaners.

I will be available by phone or the booking site.

The pool is solar heated which means during cooler months it won't be warm. It relies on the sun to heat, so pool use generally in summer only.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
