Cette maison unique de quatre chambres Ă  coucher est l'endroit idĂ©al pour profiter du paradis. Il se trouve sur une belle plage peu profonde avec une vue imprenable et accĂšs Ă  la plage privĂ©e. Descendez littĂ©ralement les quinze marches du porche et vous ĂȘtes sur la plage!

Le grand porche couvert et la terrasse ensoleillée face à l'océan offrent beaucoup d'espace pour bronzer, manger en plein air et profiter de pina coladas. Détendez-vous dans les hamacs, écoutez le déferlement des vagues tout en regardant les pélicans attraper des poissons et les surfeurs attraper des vagues. Faire griller du poisson frais au barbecue au charbon de bois. La nuit, laissez le bruit des vagues vous endormir et le matin, préparez une tasse de café et promenez-vous sur la plage (il y a des kilomÚtres de plage dans les deux sens).

Sol Rico est situé dans un quartier sûr de la zone touristique de Porta del Sol, dans la partie ouest de l'ßle, dans la municipalité d'Aguada (prÚs de Rincon). La propriété est située à 25 minutes de l'aéroport Aguadilla (BQN) et à moins de deux heures de l'aéroport Luis Munoz Marin (SJU) à San Juan.

La maison a quatre chambres à coucher, trois salles de bain, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, Dish TV, WiFi et un parking fermé pour deux voitures. Air conditionné dans toutes les chambres.

Short PR Surf Trip

We had a short break and wanted to be able to surf the Rincon area. This property was situated centrally between Domes and Los Jobos. We found the host to be extremely responsive and pleasant. The property was suitably equipped and had a great view of the sea in AGUADA. Unbeknownst to us, the property is situated adjacent to a wildlife preserve. Walks along the beach collecting glass found few others present on the beach. There were restaurants within five minutes, providing fresh seafood and beautiful views of the ocean. I would strongly recommend this property for a family getaway.

High school graduation surf party

Our families stayed in the beautiful side by side beach houses in Aguada, PR. No need to leave these amazing beach houses. The sun and surf are at your fingertips and amazing food (street food, bakeries and beach restaurants) are within walking distance. Read a book on one of the comfortable hammocks or on the beach with the surf hitting your toes. Clean, modern and all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. The hosts were attentive and responded quickly to our very minimal needs. The house has plenty of room for 6 (Sleeps 8) We had 6 adults-3 generations. I highly recommend Casa Sol Rico Dos and for multi families/ friends rent the Casa Sol Rico Uno too!!

Great family stay

We had a great stay on the quiet, private beach. The house had everything we needed to enjoy meals at the house along with a cool charcoal grill set up. Close enough to Rincon and Aguadilla to get to all the surf breaks. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had.

A wonderful Place with a Wonderful View

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The host was extremely easy to contact and we had no issues throughout our stay. The place itself is clean and well kept. Beach towels, bathroom towels, and kitchen amenities were all clean and organized. The best part was the view of the ocean from the porch, absolutely amazing!

Nice property

Lovely clean property and great views. Unfortunately the beach, which we were looking forward to, was not safe enough to swim in. Lots of wood all over the sand and water was not as clear as other beaches in Puerto Rico.

Oceanfront

We rented the house for a beach trip getaway for a week. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Lay out of house was nice, and we spent most of our time on the huge outside deck. The house is directly on the beach. When the surf is up one can enjoy watching the surfers catching the waves! We swam in tbe water when it was calm,but there are better swimming beaches close by. Location was perfect for day trips to area attractions. Ernesto, our host, was helpful, friendly, and takes good care of his property.

Hidden gem, could not have been better. A++

Our family and friends could not stop gushing about how great this place was. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were in paradise. There's a fantastic surfing break right out the back door and there's always someone surfing out there. The walks on the beach in both directions are epic. You can even swim at this beach! Not typical for the area, usually too rocky. Everything about this stay was top-notch. If you do stay here, don't forget there's an additional full bath on the outside of the house, next to the laundry room. Ernest was very communicative and helpful. His dinner recommendations were exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend this place!

Great Family Getaway

This location was the perfect getaway for my family and friends. We had three small children with us and the property was safe and very conveniently located. It doesn't get better than walking right out onto the beach every morning and grilling on the deck at night. The sounds of the Ocean fill the house all day which was so relaxing and when we did need to work, the wifi worked perfectly. It's a very quiet neighborhood with a very private beach. There is delicious local food within a 5 minute drive. Great vacation and I hope to be back soon!

The Best Surf Vacation

We stayed at Sol Rico Uno for 2 weeks in January when I turned 50. What an amazing setup for surfing. The break right in front of the house was super fun especially if you love lefts, what a treat to be able to roll out of bed and literally be in the water 5 minutes later! Accommodations were great and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was quite a treat. I will definitely be returning next year to score more waves.

Everything about this home is beautiful and welcoming. The house had everything we wanted and more. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The host Ernest and Sunny was very nice and responded quickly. It could have been better

Although we enjoyed the house and especially the terrace, there were issues with the thoroughness of the cleanliness, the fridge, the ash-filled barbecue and the rusting paint on the terrace. Those are things that - if corrected - would have made the memories (and photos) perfect.

Beautiful Views

This house has amazing views and access to a private beach. Most of the time we were the only people out on the water. The kids were able to paddle board, surf, and build sand castles while the adults sat nearby watching. The property manager was great with communication.
