It is approximately 35 square meters (375 square feet). You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Agropoli, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 700 meters (770 yards), a grocery store at 1.2 km (roughly 0.75 miles) and the closest beach (Agropoli beach) at 3.5 km (roughly 2.1 miles).

The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
 Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is sloped, is made of wood and has an height of 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) at its lowest point. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a small high window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a small high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
