This recently renovated, luxuriously furnished townhouse is a 7 minute walk to town, main beach, cafes, bars & restaurants. Relax in style and comfort with AC & WIFI. The home offers boat storage, filleting station & deep freezer for avid anglers, and table tennis for the kids.
The Space:
This spacious, newly renovated townhouse is ideally located in the heart of Agnes Water, offering all the holiday essentials. Just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, beaches, and parks, you'll have everything you need at your doorstep - no car required.
This townhouse is spilt over three levels. The ground level has a queen bedroom, balcony, bathroom and laundry. The second level is for living, it features a brand-new kitchen boasting modern finishes and high-end appliances, ideal for cooking and entertaining. The dining and living space has high ceilings with lots of natural light streaming through large windows, with sliding doors which opens out onto a large deck area with ocean views. The third level features the master bedroom with a king size bed, a brand-new bathroom and a balcony with ocean views. Also, on this level is the third bedroom with two king size single beds and a dual access ensuite and small study nook at the top of the stairs. Outside there is filleting station and an area to park a medium size boat. There is also an additional entertaining area which has WIFI, TV and table tennis table.
