If peace and tranquility is high on your list when holidaying this property is for you. Beautifully set amongst natural sub-tropical bushland where you will enjoy the sounds of native bird life while appreciating quietness and harmony in nature. Enjoy access to world-class share facilities of the Sunrise1770 estate including two 25m horizon wet edge pools, sun lounges, BBQ, cabana areas and change rooms, the perfect place to unwind by the pool whilst enjoying a family Bbq.
Note pools are not located at the actual property. They are located at the shared estate facilities.
The property is located in the privately gated, award-winning ecological Sunrise 1770 estate, just 6klm from the main Agnes Water café, shopping precinct. The estate also provides access to many remote beaches and rocky headlands - a wonder to explore especially in turtle laying or hatching season.
The property is spacious in design providing a cool and tranquil environment offering four bedrooms and three bathrooms - sleeping up to 8 people.
Two master bedrooms on the right-hand side of the property both with Queen beds, linen, fans and ensuites.
The left side of the property provides another two bedrooms â one with a double bed and 4th with 2 singles, fans and linen plus a main bathroom.
The open-plan kitchen & lounge area is located in the middle of the house and provides modern streamlined features to ensure space and ease when preparing meals. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas stove and electric oven. Fans throughout.

Bbqâs are located at the estate's shared pool cabana areas.

This private gated estate is governed by on-site body corporate managers whom are active with ensuring regulations are met. Please ensure you are familiar with these terms & that the property is suitable for your gathering. Bookings are only accepted for families & quiet respectful people.
Regulations;
âą Strict maximum of 3 cars within the estate
âą Properties prohibit large all adult group gatherings for party type events, buck, hens nights, weddings, 21sts etc, prohibit youth groups including schoolies
âą Strict no after-hours noise policy applies from 9pm. Loud music or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
âą Strict numbers as per registration form permitted only - visiting guests are not permitted within the estate.
âą 20km speed limit at all times
âą If for some reason Management needs to attend due to complaints you may be asked to vacate ( a refund will not be issued)
No caravans, boats, jetski, trailers or camping permitted at properties
