The Space:

Step outside onto the expansive patio, where you can savor the refreshing sea breeze. It's furnished with an outdoor lounge, a high-set dining table, and an electric BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. The laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen features electric cooking, a lovely long stone bench, and an open-plan dining/living area. Enjoy entertainment with a Smart TV, and stay connected with provided Wi-Fi. The master bedroom boasts a King bed, a walk-in robe, a spa bath, and a separate shower. There's also a Queen room and two single rooms (one with two single beds and the other with a set of bunks). Please note that pets are not allowed due to body corporate rules. Linen is supplied; just bring your beach towels. Pool times are during daylight hours only, and glass is strictly prohibited in the pool area.



Guest Access:

Key lock box at front door for easy access. Please park in Dolphin Court in Garage once you have unloaded your vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that parking for large boats is limited due to the unit complex. We kindly request that noise levels around the pool area be kept to a minimum, and for safety reasons, glass is strictly prohibited in the pool area. Pool times are during daylight hours only. No children are to be left unsupervised in the pool area.
