GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor provides a wide open - plan living room area with a flat satellite TV & a Hi-Fi Stereo system. A fully equipped kitchen with a large dinning table, a WC and a wood Fireplace are also found at the same floor. The kitchen is ideal for families and facilitates meal preparation since it is fully fitted with fridge with ice cube maker & freezer, full cooker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.



TOP FLOOR
The top floor consists of a Queen Master bedroom, leading to a private balcony with pergola and a Twin bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Also, there is a luxurious family bathroom with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.At about 90' minutes drive from the major Cretan ports & airports (Chania & Heraklio), Triopetra Villas are located at the prefecture of Rethymno, in the unspoilt south Crete.
